We're going to have 1:01 Speaker 3 a Friday and it feels like we're living in the middle of the desert because we haven't had rain in forever, man. Everywhere you go is just a Dust Bowl. It's kind of cool. It's like we're living in the Great Depression almost. My name is Brandon Thrashers. Day of the day of the Doe show over there is Chuck Armfest. How you doing in this dusty weather? 1:17 Speaker 2 Dude, I picked the wrong days, brother, to be working in my yard. And and I told Megan, I said maybe I should wait until it cools off. And she goes, I think summer's here. Dang it. So, yeah, man, I've been out there. I feel like I need to call the police because I got violated today. We wish you had you on the show more. 1:33 I I know, I'm sure you've seen the photo. Much like everybody else, you didn't see it. 1:38 Speaker 3 No, what happened? Did did your penis picture get leaked? 1:41 Speaker 2 No close though. No, I was out back and I was laying mulch and I told Megan, I said, look, I'm going to put a bathing suit on that way every time I get hot, I'll just jump in the pool, right? And like, and so I'm just going to keep this going. Well, everybody knows when you have a bathing suit on, it's not possible to pull it up like tight. 1:59 So as I've been over working in the mulch, you know, my butt crack showing it is what it is, right? It's just a little bit of cracky crack. I mean, everybody's got it. So Megan snaps a photo of this. I'm out there working for an hour bro before she says anything to me and I get in the pool and she goes you need to check your Facebook. 2:18 I said why? And she goes you need to check your Facebook. And I said why would I check my Facebook? This is stupid tell me what it is. She goes I can't explain it. So what what are you talking about? So I get out, I dry off and I go I'm checking my Facebook and immediately I see my butt crack. 2:35 Megan posts a picture of my butt crack right? And then Mike and then Michael Germany goes ham with this thing with AI. So now I got my butt crack in the airport. My butt crack is for some reason surrounded by I think they're muskrats, Meerkats, meerkats. 2:53 We wish you had you on the show more. 2:53 It's like, what is going on? Well. 2:54 Speaker 3 What right before we recorded, you know, I saw I, I didn't know that was a picture you're talking about was I saw Germany send it to us in a group chat and it was like, I mean, 5 minutes before we started recording, I saw it. I'm like, what the fuck is that? I was like, did Chuck say he wanted to be on an island with meerkats yesterday? Is that what that was? I was like, I thought it was like a naked man but not meerkats. 3:12 So I was very confused. Then I'm like, is that supposed to be me or is that supposed to be Chuck? So I didn't realize that was an actual picture that your wife posted on the Internet after, you know, probably enjoying some white claws near the pole. She thought, oh, that's funny. I'm gonna post it. Exactly. Just putting you in all kind of different places with your butt crack showing. 3:28 That's funny. I like that. 3:29 Speaker 2 No, somebody, somebody, a friend on Facebook made a thong. He drew a thong on me. And it looks really real from a distance, like wearing a purple thong or pink thong or whatever. So anyway, I just, you know, I'm going to get her back for that. I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna. I just got to choose wisely how I do it because obviously if you put a picture of a isn't it weird? 3:49 Like a woman bends over and her butt cracks showing and it's kind of hot, like a guy. Yeah, but a guy does it and it's disgusting. Why is that? We wish you had you on the show more. 3:59 Speaker 3 Because you know, I'll always say this, you know, women are nice to look at. Men are not. You know, you got like the nicest looking man and he's naked. You're still like, oh God, you got things hanging and you got your crack and everything. Women's just, you know, nice and smooth And there's no like nothing protruding, you know, like no Wiener, no balls hanging and dangling and no, no weird butt cracks. 4:20 Speaker 2 So I'm going to show you, I don't know if that. 4:23 Speaker 3 And a lot of time men's butt cracks don't like see the sun, you know, but women's do because they always wear like thongs to the beach and whatnot. So, and it's, it's always, you know, they let the light pass through. So they're getting their butt cracked and butt hole tanned more often than men. 4:36 Speaker 2 All right, so I can't show faces so I don't get anybody in trouble. But but we were at a we were to the beach in I think Destin a couple years ago and all the girls were like, Oh, you know, let's let's you know, or like pull our pants down and moon the camera right. 4:53 So this isn't nudity because I'm not going to zoom in on something. But but so you know, I'm I'm only showing you the backs so you can see like how they did it, right, Like, you know, that's nothing, right, Nothing, nothing, nothing. 5:09 You know, a little bit more now this dude like, like what are we doing? It's a guy that and, and I mean, he went straight up like you can see his butt hole. It's. 5:22 Speaker 3 So gross. Do I know who that is? 5:26 Speaker 2 Yeah, I think you do. 5:27 Speaker 3 Do I know any of the people, any of the women in the pictures? Oh. 5:30 Speaker 2 God, it's gross. We wish you had you on the show more. 5:30 Speaker 2 God, it's gross. Well, you do know this one, but I can't say her name and I'll have to talk to you offline about that. But it was just funny. No, no, no, but it was funny because we're like, you know, I take this photo because everybody's like on three, right? 5:30. We are going to pay you for this, but but I mean, without you there, the show is not going to happen. So I just hope you can do it. 5:30 PM just to do it. We wish you had you on the show more. 5:30 PM just to do it. And he'll show it to his wife. But they need me. There was like, but that's during the PTA meeting. He's, I know honey, but I got to go. He's just going up the new realm, just sitting there drinking beers for a couple hours. And oh, yeah, we looked at everything where the stage is going, pretty much going to be almost the same thing as last time. 5:49 And like the girls, like, you know, they pulled their their bottoms up and they gave themselves thongs and they just pulled it to the side like it's all cute. And this one dude bends over and spreads his legs and he'd bend over deep. It was the grossest thing I've ever seen. So when all the girls were looking at the photo, they're like, Oh my God, I can see your butt hole, right? 6:06 It was so disgusting. So I don't know. That's that's what that reminded me of. So I got to figure out a way to get her back. I think. I think what I'll do is I'll wait till she has her 8 or 9 white claws and she passes out because it's. 6:20 Speaker 3 Going to do She's going to take her clothes off and take pictures and post it on the Internet. 6:23 Speaker 2 No, no, just her face. It's so funny because when she sleeps, she's, she's a, she's a mouth breather, you know, like that, like the big wide open mouth. Because I always stick stuff in. No, I stick like, no, I stick like paper in there. You know, I'll put like, you know, food in there and whatever. 6:41 Speaker 3 The hottest hot sauce you can find like Carolina Reaper and just see how much you can get in her mouth before she's like, what the fuck? And then when she wakes up and it's going to take a second for it to kick in, you know? And then it's going to be like, Oh my God. Or get another one of those hot chips, grind it up into like a liquid and then just spray it on your mouth that. 6:58 Speaker 2 Was terrible, man, that was terrible. We wish you had you on the show more. 6:58 Speaker 2 Was terrible, man, that was terrible. We're all sick, we got. 7:00 at night and they keep playing and playing and playing it's. 7:02 Speaker 3 Yeah, I drank a bunch of milk and threw it up. You know, you got to let the milk get down there and attach to it and then you throw it up. 7:07 Speaker 2 We should totally do that again. But have Marc. No, not us. We're not doing it again. 7:12 Speaker 3 Arc will die. He can't eat spicy stuff. Remember Every time we go to dinner with him, he's like, I can't eat spicy stuff. He's not. 7:17 Speaker 2 Yeah, he makes us look at his weird shit like we're not to. 7:19 Speaker 3 Eat. I'm like why would you do that? Stop telling us every time we got to eat. Also, we know, but it it never fails. It's always and usually, you know, if there's someone new at dinner, like no one's even asking him like, why didn't you get the hottest, spiciest wings? He just up and says it, but I can't get anything spicy. 7:30 in the morning. Shoot. 7:36 Look at my tongue. I'm like, Oh my God. OK, all right, stop telling people, Mark, just don't get spicy shit. No one's going to care if you don't get the hottest fucking wings here. So and. 7:44 Speaker 2 The good thing is he can't even listen to this episode because he's on a cruise right now. So we can say whatever we want and this will be the one episode he will not listen to. 7:51 Voicemails for Battle of the Bands Judges Speaking of which, don't we have some more Hobo Nose episodes? 7:55 Speaker 3 Yeah, we do. We'll have to get to those here later on next week. But yeah, we about to say we've also got a couple voicemails from people that want to be judges, if you want to listen to those here in a second. 8:07 Speaker 2 Oh, yeah, let's do it. Because, you know, we got, we got Mark who's already a judge. We, we, we had to give him a job. So he's going to be a judge. We have Manny and Big B coming on later in the show. So we got to, I think we get one of them to a judge and and yeah, what what do we need to get two more or three more? 8:26 Do we have a? Is it a five person panel? 8:28 Speaker 3 I have no idea. I think you got to, it's got to be like the Supreme Court Justice in case, you know, you got to have one that lean because you can't have a tie, you know what I mean? 8:34 Speaker 2 Well couldn't you just give every judge 2.5 is the highest they can give, so like a 1.3? 8:40 Speaker 3 What? I don't know 2 that's still. You could still get 5 and 5. 8:45 Speaker 2 OK, yeah, yeah, I was, I was looking for a 10, you know what I mean? But I guess we could. Do you know a 40? You know how many points out 40I? 8:53 Speaker 3 We wish you had you on the show more. 8:53 Speaker 3 Think you need 5 judges with an odd number also of points. That's why they do like 11 or 13 in like fancy shit right? 9:00 Speaker 2 OK, yeah, because we don't want to have any issues where we got bands that tied and then we we got to stay till 9:09 Speaker 3 Going to be like in PGA or something when they have to do a shoot off and it's too late. They're like, all right, guys, we'll see you here at 9:17 Speaker 2 Off everyone just comes. 9:19 Speaker 3 Back for the last battle of the band that I hate in the morning. Everyone's hungover, 4 1/2 dead, and like, yeah, that'd be crazy. So, all right, well, we do have two voicemails. We'll go ahead and play them here. I've, you know, you know, man, I'm not fucking screening this shit. So it could be like a, you know, call for help or some dude. Oh God, you know, I'm not there literally could be someone, now that I think about it, which is crazy voicemails. 9:40 The only way to do that nowadays I think is if someone called us and they're like about to kill myself and then they just leave the phone on there and then they kill themselves and then the voicemail just goes to 3 minutes and then it ends. That would be insane. I hope we don't get one of those, but they're saying, all right, here we go on a lighter note. 10:01 Speaker 4 Hey guys, this is Steven. I was calling to try to be a judge for the Battle of the Bands. I would have tried to get my band in it, but it's on a Sunday and about half the members of the band go to church and play in church so wasn't able to do that. 10:20 But I've been around the block so and I've judged the battle of the Bands before so I know how it all works. So if y'all want to pick me then I'd appreciate it. 10:36 Think it'd be a fun time. We wish you had you on the show more. 10:36 Think it'd be a fun time. I'm going to come out there either way. So yeah, just give me a call back. 10:45 Speaker 2 I like, I like how Stevens. He's like, he's like my entire band goes to church. But I'm a Sinner so I'll be there. 10:51 Speaker 3 I'll be there drinking and listening to bat shit. Yeah. And I like how he didn't leave his number. I appreciate that. And I like how it seemed like he was like skiing down a hill, like in front of an avalanche. That was awesome. 11:03 Speaker 2 I think he was driving, he was on his car audio because does your does your car? I mean, you got a new car too. So when you're you, when I like when I call you, can I get put on your speakers in your truck? Does your AIR automatically turn off it? 11:16 Speaker 3 Doesn't turn off, but it will turn it down some, yeah. 11:19 Speaker 2 It's so weird, right? Because, I mean, sometimes I'm so hot that I won't answer my phone. I want my air to get turned down. 11:26 Speaker 3 Mine doesn't turn it off completely. It turns it down a little bit. But you can, you can turn that setting off if you want to. But I'm like, fuck it. It is kind of nice. Then I gotta crack it back down. And you don't like in a wind tunnel, but it's pretty convenient. So. But Steven sound like a good guy. Yeah, he's, he is in a band. I'm wondering what kind of band he's in. But sounds like his members won't be there. 11:30 and I promise I'll be home by 11:42 But we're not starting till 12. And that's when church is over. So they can just come in their church attire and, you know, start drinking and, you know. 11:48 Speaker 2 Wine so that, but then they can't do sound check and yeah, that's, that's tough. I, I just, I think, I think he, you know, he's, he's done one before. So I think we do need a veteran. We need somebody that's done one of these because there's going to be a lot of questions that you and I have mostly everything, right, because we're just, we're judging. 12:07 No, but we, we, we are the ones making the rules for the bands. We're the ones who've given them the money. We have to have rules, you know, like they're going to be judged on showmanship. They're going to be judged on punctuality, they're going to be judged on the originals and the covers. 12:21 Speaker 3 I thought the judges did the judging, but we got to give them what they're judging on, is what you're saying? 12:24 Speaker 2 Yeah, Yeah. Like if we tell a band, hey, you have 45 minutes, well, the judges will have stop, you know, they'll be able to stop. Watch it. And let's say your band plays for 48. You just lost a lot of points there, buddy, on punctuality because you got to be able to hit that 45 minute mark. 12:40 Yeah. We wish you had you on the show more. 12:40 Yeah. 12:40 Speaker 3 OK, I got you. Yeah. And we put something like the craziest stage performers, like someone like climbs 20 foot on a ladder and does a backflip and lands on the ladder and could probably win. 12:49 Speaker 2 I think showmanship is what that would fall under, but I don't know if we want to encourage stunts. 12:56 Speaker 3 Maybe we just whisper to them and don't tell new realm we're doing it. Be like, hey, yeah, you can like climb up there and do a backflip. That'd be fucking awesome. Like don't you're going to do it though, Just do it. OK If. 13:04 Speaker 2 Somebody, if somebody wants to win this thing, you need to bring a prop. And I'm not going to tell you what prop, but if you listen to the show enough, you know what prop you need to bring. And I probably shouldn't even call them a prop because that sounds really bad that I'm calling a living thing a prop. But if you bring one of those and you get them on stage with you, I'm giving you 10 points right off the bat. 13:23 Speaker 3 Yeah, if you bring like a like a like a Michael Jackson Dick, like a dildo, that'd be fucking crazy. You just toss it out like a bouquet of flowers, but you just do it to someone. It's got to be someone not paying attention. Bam, Michael. 13:35 Speaker 2 Jackson Dildo You can't do that. There's going to be kids there. It's a family friendly. Yes, it's a family friendly event. Our last one was. 13:42 Speaker 3 I didn't know that. We wish you had you on the show more. 13:42 Speaker 3 I didn't know that. I did not know that. 13:44 Speaker 2 You didn't know that our last one was family friendly. 13:47 Speaker 3 No, I thought we just really, I thought we just had your kids selling bracelets in the back corner. 13:53 Speaker 2 And what, you thought Josh Gibbs just brought out his kids, kids because they're old enough. He, he, you know, he's like, oh, I'm cool, man. I'll get them in. 13:59 Speaker 3 He was like, he was like, I Brandon, these are my fucking kids right here, man. He's like, he listen to the show all the time. He's like, hello, Mr. Brandon. I like when you say fuck a lot. 14:10 Speaker 2 He goes, he goes, hey, hey, kids, Chuck, show Chuck, wait, what I taught you. And they're, they're standing over there and they just like flip me off. What he's like, isn't that awesome? Isn't that awesome? I was like, good God, man, like these kids are going to be awesome one day. 14:25 But. 14:26 Speaker 3 Anyway, Well, Steven, you're probably in. More than likely. More than likely. All right, here's the next one. 14:36 Speaker 5 There are a few reasons why I should be your judge for the event is Chris Dara by the way, but should have included that first. 14:46 Judging Wives and Crafting Listener Excuses Chris Dara should be a judge of your event. Number one. I just judge shit no matter what. Whether or not you want me to be your judge, I'm going to judge the fuck out of those bands. Two, we clearly have similar. 15:03 I don't know if you call it interest but I'm judging people constantly and I judge the shit out of both of you and I still listen so we must have something in common as far as what we think is good and not good. 15:20 I also to be a judge because I would like to have something which requires me to be there. That way my wife can't come up with some bullshit which would keep me from being able to attend. And the last final point, which is probably going to be the selling point, is I'm also willing to take on two jobs at this event for the price of 1. 15:42 And the price I will be a judge. And I will act as Chuck's bodyguard to ensure that Josh Gibbs does not give within 10 feet at any point. That way, this show can go on after this event as well. So, yeah, looking forward to being the judge. 15:59 Bye. 16:01 Speaker 2 How are you? 16:01 Speaker 3 Good job, Chris. Who was that? Chris Dara. 16:06 Speaker 2 How do you spell that? 16:09 Speaker 3 Guessing Chris. 16:11 Speaker 2 You're stupid. I mean is is his last name DARROCH? 16:15 Speaker 3 I think it's DARAHI, thought I. 16:19 Speaker 2 Thought it was Chris de Roach. We wish you had you on the show more. 16:19 Speaker 2 Thought it was Chris de Roach. 16:21 Speaker 3 I think maybe there's two of them, I don't fucking know. Anyway are. 16:24 Speaker 2 You OK, so so I I actually with the selling point, what for me was when he said I need to tell my wife I have a job. Yeah, that way I can go that that's that's huge to be like, hey, babe, they're counting on me. 16:38 Speaker 3 That's what I was going to say. Also, if all of you else need an excuse, we can, we can write you a letter saying we need you to be a judge. You know, we can, we can get you an excuse for anything. If you need off of work, you know, our, our word is better than a doctor's, honestly, you know, hey, I got to do this shit. So if you ever need a, you know, a voucher for something to get out of something you don't want to do, just a message us and we'll come up with some crazy thing that we need you to help us with. 17:00 Be like, Oh yeah, And then we, we, we can say we're paying you or whatnot. Anything. Anything you want, you know. 17:05 Speaker 2 Yeah, if you want, if you want a message, if they, if you guys message us, DM us with your, your phone number and just say, hey, I need you to call and leave me a voicemail and say that I have to be there for whatever reason. We'll do that. We'll call, we'll call all your numbers. We'll, we'll split them and that way we'll call you and be like, hey, Chris, what's up, man? 17:20 It's Chuck from the Daily Dose Show. I really appreciate you doing this. Look man, I'm counting on you and I need you to be there a little early if you could be there at 17:36 Speaker 3 We'll be like, we also need to do a run through next Tuesday at 17:55 Just like they just wanted me to there. So I knew where I was sitting and, you know, make sure they had a chair for me. But we're good. So yeah, we do that pretty thing too. You know, if you need to get out of something, we we will be that person. Because probably, you know, the person that you're trying to get out of the situation with, they probably don't listen. 18:11 But if they do end up listening later on, then you're probably fucked. But oh, then it'll be good. 18:16 Speaker 2 I don't think, I don't think a lot of wives listen. I I think, well, what's weird is that the women that do listen, their husbands don't listen, which is weird. I told you about that tree job I had right where the lady called me. And she goes, hey, I listen to the show and this and this and this. And then I, I meet, I meet her husband and he's like, yeah, what what is she talking about? 18:34 Do you have a show? I'm like what? 18:35 Speaker 3 Yeah, people. People don't like doing what their spouse does. It didn't, especially after I found that like that spouses don't usually have the same interest, especially as they get older. They're like, I don't want to do that shit with you because then they have to relate with them. You know, the other dudes probably listen to his own show. 18:52 And that way she doesn't ask him questions or be like, what'd you think about this or what'd you think about that? Because also, if he listens, we say a lot of crazy shit. And she's probably like, you don't think like that, do you? You know, he'd go, Oh no, no, of course not. And then they've got to conversate about it and they probably don't. You know, dudes don't really want to conversate about it. 19:08 I think. I think that's the main thing. 19:09 Speaker 2 I think guys don't want questions to be asked from their wives that they can't answer right? Like, I mean, you made the you made made the comment a few episodes ago where if your wife, let's say you say like, Oh my gosh, babe, you look just like her. She looks just like you, right. And then your wife says immediately, do you think she's hot? 19:26 That's. 19:27 Speaker 3 Your question man, it's bad. You're fucking. 19:29 Speaker 2 Rude. Yeah. You can't even answer. I mean, questions like that. I mean, it's it's tough. Like if if your wife says, and my wife did this, my wife said, Oh my God, I love that outfit, right. And so, you know, she goes up and she does this all the time. Hey, where'd you get that outfit? Where'd you get that outfit? We wish you had you on the show more. 19:45 But the lady tells her and Megan goes, OK, cool, thank you. Oh my gosh, it looks so cute on you. And then she walks away and Megan goes, dude, her body looked really good in that right? Just aw. 19:58 Speaker 3 I I didn't see. 19:59 Speaker 2 Anything exactly. Yeah, because then I say I if I say yes, I'm in trouble. If I say no, it didn't. She goes So what, you want me to get the outfit? No, I'm sure it would look great on you. You know, she's like, well, we're built almost the exact same. Oh, my God. So there's just a lot of questions, man, and I think we asked those hypotheticals and we asked like, like yesterday. 20:17 I mean, I asked Megan the same question I asked you and Tucker, right. I say hey, you had to be stuck on a on a deserted island with a female celebrity nude for a year, right? Who would you? She's like, Oh my God, that sounds stupid. That's such a stupid question, she wouldn't answer it. 20:34 Speaker 3 Oh, damn. See, yeah, that's that's also why. And then, you know, vice versa, dudes that listen to their wives don't, they probably don't want their wife to listen because it's like their little escape. They're like, hell yeah. This is what I think deep down inside. But I can't let my wife know or my life will fall apart. We wish you had you on the show more. 20:51 Mad Dog Manny and Big B's Gym Routines So all right cool. We got two others. I we still don't know how anymore we need. I guess we're going to ask big B and Manny here coming up start breaking the 4th wall. We already did and it went very fucking. 21:05 Speaker 2 Long I was wondering, I was wondering how you're going to pull that off because I was thinking you were just going to like act like we were getting them on right now. And the best part would be is if we said something that we never said because I don't remember how we even talked to Big B about that. So I'm actually curious as to what happens in this episode because I forgot there was a lot going on lot going on. 21:26 Manny's head was like. 21:29 Speaker 3 Yeah, we hadn't talked to them in a minute, so we had a lot of catching up to do. So that's going to be a long one. But it's good. It's fun. We got everybody on, which is nice. And I think, you know, I don't. I can't remember either. This was yesterday when we recorded it. But it's good. It's good. It's great. It's awesome. So, all right, we're going to go ahead and bring on Mad Dog, Manny Aurora and Beth Bigby Noble. 21:49 All right. And there he is, Mad Dog Manny Aurora, looking like he's in a closet somewhere. We wish you had you on the show more. 21:57 Speaker 6 I am in a closet at the Lifetime Fitness getting ready to talk to you guys. They have a little private meeting session cubicles, so I'm in there so I don't disturb anybody else. 22:08 Speaker 3 Oh, OK. It looks like it's a supply closet. They just stuck a, you know, meeting room sign on the door. It's like, oh, there you go, Mr. Aurora. Just go right in there for your meeting. 22:15 Speaker 2 Man, what is what is it like? I, I know it's hold on. Today is Thursday, right Brandon? 22:23 Speaker 6 Yeah, it's Wednesday. 22:24 Speaker 3 When the recording comes out, it's Friday, so. 22:27 Speaker 2 Oh my God, dude, the day is just getting away from me. So, so Manny, what is what are you working on today? Are you one of those guys that do chest and tries back and bis legs? Like how does that work? What is Manny's workout schedule for the week? Or are you just one of those guys who are like, holy crap, I got in the gym, I'm going to do it all? 22:45 Speaker 6 Most of a do it all kind of person. 22:47 Speaker 2 Oh, you're one of those, dude A. 22:49 Speaker 6 Little bit of every. Nothing needs to be that pretty. We wish you had you on the show more. 22:49 Speaker 6 Little bit of every. Nothing needs to be that pretty. Remember, the race is over for in a long time. 22:55 Speaker 3 Yeah, it just makes more sense, like when you go work out, because I know some people do like arms one day and then legs. It makes more sense just to fucking destroy your entire body and rest for a day and then just destroy it again. You know, it just seems a lot more effective and you don't have to keep a schedule. 23:08 Speaker 6 Yeah, you just do what you feel like. Otherwise it just people take it way too seriously. Today's Back and by. 23:15 Speaker 2 Well, I can say big BS on right now, we just had Big B join the conversation. So I think this is interesting to get a woman's perspective on this because you know, whenever I go to the gym and I see women, what I notice is women focus very heavy on squats. 23:33 Is that is that a, is that is I, I don't know, I think it's just because of all the, the tick tockers and the Instagram stuff. Is that what women are doing now? They're just like, all I care about is my butt and my legs. Is that, is that the, is that appropriate? Is that right? 23:47 Speaker 7 Yeah, no, that's big. It's in it. Yeah. I have a plan. When I go to the gym, I do push legs. Pull legs. 24:02 So I am on that same plan. There's an extra leg day that's. 24:07 Speaker 2 So weird like guys don't care what their butt looks like is that? 24:11 Speaker 7 We wish you had you on the show more. 24:11 Speaker 7 Weird they do. I think that's I think it's in now too. Just hopefully we don't have another cultural swing where flat asses are back. That's going to be a real problem for people if we go back to like the the 90s early odds where skinny was huge. 24:29 Legal Advice on Billboards and Defamation Well, they say the average penis size is going down, so maybe that's why butt sizes are going down too, so they can get in there. I'm just saying, I don't know, it's just observations and things out here in the scientific community. 24:40 Speaker 2 What is wrong with you? On yesterday's episode, we had an artist, Tucker Underwood, who's playing our event June 7th at New Rome Brewing, which you guys are going and this guy's, he's awesome. And I asked Brandon the simple question. I said, Brandon, if you were stuck on a deserted island nude with a male artist that is no longer with us, who would you choose? 25:01 And he said Michael Jackson. And then he said a bunch of penis stuff. Can you stop doing that? I don't understand why you got to do it every time we have a guest on. 25:09 Speaker 3 I don't know. I mean, it's just who I am normally, you know? I just think the guests are here now. They hear about it. And with the band people, we had to make sure he wasn't a pussy, all right? Because that's the biggest thing we've been running into trying to find new bands. They're just as bad as the fucking Billboard people. They're all fucking pussies in this town. Manny Upset. Yeah, there are a lot of pussies around here. 25:24 Speaker 2 OK. We wish you had you on the show more. 25:24 Speaker 2 OK. I'm sorry, can you can Manny, have you seen the Billboard idea? And is there anything we can do legally about this? Have you seen it? 25:33 Speaker 6 Let me bring it up. I have not seen it. You're gonna have to share it with me. 25:36 Speaker 2 All right, so this is the Billboard. So we reached out to Lamar Billboards and another billboard company and we tried to get this put up and this was we were going to pay the money. It was on I-85 and I-75 and Lamar Billboard said to us absolutely zero chance that billboard makes it onto one of our billboards. 25:54 So we went with what was the other company that Chris Eppling found us, Brandon. 25:57 Speaker 3 It was some hood dude in Griffin or something that had one on the in his front yard. 26:01 Speaker 2 And then he said he wouldn't do it either. So obviously it just says Iran and Iraq's number one explosive comedy podcast. Here's my thing, Manny, are we able to take legal action against Lamar for discrimination? Yep. Thank you, Brandon. 26:15 Speaker 3 Yeah. 26:16 Speaker 6 I don't know what's a discrimination. I guess you'd have to put in there. It's like that you guys are white and not privileged enough. 26:22 Speaker 2 But we are identifying as Middle Easterns in this. 26:25 Speaker 3 Picture. Yeah, we could do that. We wish you had you on the show more. 26:25 Speaker 3 Picture. Yeah, we could do that. 26:27 Speaker 6 I don't know if you're allowed to identify as another culture you can identify as a woman or non binary or whatever the crazy terms are today. But did you call Kerry the billboards? They've got a giant one with the, you know, big tower right next to the Fulton County Courthouse area. 26:45 Speaker 2 What? 26:46 Speaker 7 Casey Tower. 26:49 Speaker 3 Oh, it's like the it's the one. It's a long, skinny one, that one. 26:52 Speaker 6 Yeah, yeah. 26:53 Speaker 3 No, we've not called them. Do you think I saw someone that graduated and they put them up there? I don't know if we're in the same class as that, but we could call. It's just been very tiring calling all these billboard companies. I think we're been shot down by 3 or 4 now. 27:05 Speaker 2 You know what helped though, is if it said the Aurora law firm presents daily dosha. 27:12 Speaker 6 Yeah, at least you didn't say the Muhammad Law firm or something. We. 27:17 Speaker 3 Were thinking about doing that too, like we were going to do like reversed, reversed promotion where we like make a a comment about something that's really bad and we include another company and then they pay us not to talk about them anymore. Is that something or can we get in trouble legally like that? 27:32 Speaker 6 There's no legal trouble. You can do whatever you want as long as it's not inciting violence or something like that. That would be prohibited in your case. Some people may say it's not the best humor. That's them, or it's going to offend some folks. It's like saying, you know, Lebanon and Israel and all that kind of stuff. 27:51 It'll get a bunch of people podcasting. 27:55 Speaker 3 I was just thinking something like, you know, if we want a Starbucks be like every year or every day we kill 500 baby chicks and we drain their blood to make the the red drink at or the pink drink at Starbucks. Get your Starbucks today and the Starbucks like, oh shit, no, we don't want to be associated with dead baby chicks that. 28:11 Speaker 6 User name using it and that would be defamation is what they would call it. 28:16 Speaker 2 And. 28:17 Speaker 6 By saying that Starbucks has dead baby chick blood in their strawberry drink or something. Yeah. 28:23 Speaker 3 Parity law or something. We were protected and we got a hell of a disclaimer. 28:27 Speaker 6 Yeah, I mean, I don't know, it's just something I would want to mess with because that'd be very expensive. A lawyer to get AKA me I guess just to fight that issue. 28:38 Speaker 3 I. 28:40 Speaker 2 So, so my, my question would because, because we, me and Brandon have had some meetings and you know, big B Manny, since we talked to you guys last, a lot of things are moving and shaking. I mean, me and Brandon got took out to a like a $200 dinner because the sponsor it was Chops and and Brandon was wearing the outfit on the freaking billboard at chops. 29:00 That was great. All right. But anyway, so we, we had a, a great, great sponsor that is very well, I guess connected in the Atlanta area. And some of these sponsors say to us like, hey, look, we want to help the show. 29:15 We wish you had you on the show more. 29:15 We want to do XY and Z, but we don't want you to say our name associated with the show. So Brandon's idea was, and he calls it a deal. It's not exactly a deal. I think the legal term, correct me if I'm wrong, Manny would be extortion. OK. But either way, we call it a deal, right? 29:32 But we say, hey, we're going to tell everybody you're sponsoring us until you pay us X amount of money. Is that illegal? 29:39 Speaker 6 Yeah, that's called extortion, right? 29:42 Speaker 2 We just. We just. 29:43 Speaker 3 Got to make a deal with them, you know, like here's the deal now if he this, you know, I don't accept the deal, that's on you. And then you know, you're shit out of luck. But we're we're, we're on a real fine line of extortion and deals is what we've been trying to figure out these past two weeks because there's there's also a guy that's taking money from Chuck because he's been offering blowjob discounts to Chuck's customers and we wanted to, you know, we wanted him to pay us or we're going to talk about him on the show and Chuck said that was extortion also. 30:07 I think that's just a deal, like we won't talk about you if you pay US money. 30:11 Speaker 2 Is that illegal, Manny? 30:15 Speaker 7 Extortion if you get caught. 30:18 Speaker 3 And if we get caught, we got good attorneys. Look at that So. 30:21 Speaker 2 We still do. 30:22 Speaker 3 We still have all this money we need to pay you so we know how much to get from this guy and the deal we make with him. We wish you had you on the show more. 30:27 Speaker 2 So there's a guy that's that's that. I found out the other day was offering discounts to female customers for sexual activity and I told Brandon about it because the dude made me lower my price for 1000 bucks and I didn't know why so I did it. 30:44 Well that 1000 bucks was for that. So now I'm like mad about it but I don't want the money back. I just want to call him on it and Brandon said we need to get that money back and we need to threaten him and ask. Well, you kind. 30:57 Speaker 3 Of we're going to tell. 30:58 Speaker 2 Everybody. 30:59 Speaker 6 He's paying. That's a solicitation that he made to the ladies for $1000. 31:04 Speaker 2 I think, I don't think they really cared, yeah. 31:07 Speaker 6 But what is the negotiation ploy to get you to take 1000 off? Because I need to learn that one. 31:12 Speaker 2 So he said, so he's the, he's the contractor, I'm the subcontractor. And he said, hey, man, how much would it be to remove all these trees? And I said it's going to be, you know, $2000. And he said, OK, well, then he calls me the next day and he says, hey, she said she'll do it, but you got to come down 1000 bucks. 31:27 And I was like, dude, like I'm not making any money on that, but I did it. So I came down 1000 bucks he gave me 1000 bucks for $2000 worth of work. But I got the job whatever. Fast forward like 3-4 weeks whatever. I this girl tells me that she is really appreciative of the discount he gave her based on what she did and would I be willing to do it again. We wish you had you on the show more. 31:51 And I said what? And then she told me that he took off $1000 for the tree work for her to do XY and Z. And I'm like, that was freaking me, dude. Like, I'm the one who paid for it. So now I'm like, OK, what do I do? 32:08 And Brandon wants to make a deal, which I think the deal is extortion because Brandon's like, we'll tell everybody what happened and we'll tell your name. 32:18 Speaker 3 Yeah, and Chuck's also worried this guy's going to jump off a bridge, and I'm like, I, I don't think so. And if it is, I don't think we're liable, right? 32:26 Speaker 6 How would you like for somebody committing suicide? The other interesting issue is everybody mixed in. Now there's all kinds of solicitation, prostitution, everything else that would end up is it in some nick town this happened. 32:41 Speaker 2 No, it's in Lawrenceville. 32:44 Speaker 6 Close enough so, but why in the hell would you cut your price in half just to make somebody happy? 32:52 Speaker 2 Because he's, because he's a contractor that gets me a lot of work. Now granted, now that I know how he's now that I know what he's doing, I'm on to him. So I'm not cutting for him anymore. But when you have contractors that are giving you 2030 jobs a year and they come to you and say, hey, look man, can you do this one job at cost? 33:09 Yeah, man, that's fine. I mean, I'll do it because I, you know, you're getting me 20-30 jobs. I didn't know I was paying for sex. Wait, am I in trouble? Like could I get in trouble for this? 33:17 Speaker 6 No, you didn't know. We wish you had you on the show more. 33:17 Speaker 6 No, you didn't know. But now if you keep talking about it, maybe the knowledge can be implied. It's deliberate and it's. 33:25 Speaker 3 Not a good like 2 weeks, only a few 1000. Yeah, no, she wasn't either. That's the worst part. It wasn't even worth $1000. You know, he should have got like at least 10 blowjobs for that amount of money and he didn't. So he's also a terrible negotiator too. This guy is. But we'll get into you guys what you've been up to here lately. 33:40 Brandon's Africanized Bees and Underground Tunnels I just got 2 questions before we move on past the blowjob guy. I've got 2 projects I'm working on. So I'm getting honey bees addicted to nicotine to make nicotine honey and then we're going to Africanize them when it when we hit a million followers. Now I I'm aware that Africanizing I don't believe is illegal, but what are the repercussions and how much, you know, money in jail? 33:58 Am I looking that here? 34:01 Speaker 6 What does that mean Africanizing this? It just sounds like a dangerous word to be using. 34:06 Speaker 3 Well, it's actually a legal word. That's what they call them, Africanized bees. So the queen essentially overworks her workers. They produce 10 times the amount of honey. They're very pissed off all the time, though, and they're more aggressive. Apparently the EPA or the DNR, one of those three letter agencies don't like that. So they're probably going to come talk to me. 34:23 You probably, you know, next couple months I would imagine. We wish you had you on the show more. 34:23 You probably, you know, next couple months I would imagine. But I just want to be prepared this time. So I know like, all right, save this money and go ahead and block off like a week for me going to jail. 34:33 Speaker 6 You're not going to go to jail or something like that, But the question is how do you even know to do this to make? 34:39 Speaker 2 AI know dude Manny, that's what I said. 34:42 Speaker 6 Homeward employee. I mean, you work them hard and you send them home. I don't know if that's that's corporatizing. I don't know if that's Ephric and the Kaising or whatever. 34:51 Speaker 3 All right, we're going to use that in court, so just go ahead and write that. 34:54 Speaker 7 Yeah, you're just doing the Amazon special or something. You know, the Bezos special. You could rebrand it. 35:02 Speaker 3 Yeah, I think the only problem is they're like kind of an invasive species. So I got to get a queen sent over from like Africa or somewhere, and then they send it over and she's pissed off. And then I would put her in the hive and she takes over. She kills the other Queens and then ramps up. 35:14 Speaker 2 Production What if What if you say that Amazon sponsored this? 35:19 Speaker 3 The Amazon or like the company? The company. 35:24 Speaker 6 How would the Amazon sponsor this? How? How does it? 35:27 Speaker 2 We wish you had you on the show more. 35:27 Speaker 2 They're going to get pissed and Brandon's going to say send me $100,000 and I'll stop telling people that. 35:32 Speaker 3 All right, well, look, we, we got a little ways to get to 1,000,000 on that account. I think we're like 20,000 on that one. So we're, we're working our way up, but I'll get hold of you in the next couple months. But the next one is I'm digging an underground tunnel as well. Now, as far as I know, the land below the ground ain't nobody fucking using. 35:48 So I'm good to just keep digging. I'm like 10 foot down and I'm like 2 foot into the earth. So what repercussions can I face with that? 35:57 Speaker 6 How far are you going to go with the tunnel? 35:58 Speaker 2 He he said 2 acres. 36:02 Speaker 6 We're going into other people's property. 36:04 Speaker 3 Well, that's the problem is I, I don't know where I'm going to pop up at, you know, I might pop up. Sorry, Sir, because I know with like waterways, at least in Georgia, you're allowed to ride on any waterway you can as long as you don't step on someone's property to get to it. So you can ride through someone's property and you're good to go. I'm thinking tunnel, you know, underground or we can do like what they did in Ozarks and flood it after I get it built and then I was technically in underground river and I can travel completely. 36:26 I'm just trying to figure out, you know, the loopholes and once again, how much time do I need to block off and how much money do I need to save, you know, jail time, block off. 36:34 Speaker 6 How much free time do you? 36:36 Speaker 3 Have all of it, all right. 36:39 Speaker 6 Well, Beth can answer this. This is a law school question. That's how much above. We wish you had you on the show more. 36:43 Speaker 7 Your Yeah, what I Yeah, I think it's like 100 feet above your house, right? And then the airspace is not yours anymore. That belongs to, I don't know, eventually the government with yeah, eventually God, but first it belongs to its federal space for the planes and things. 37:04 But I think when you go below, I think you're good to go unless you find something valuable. So if you find some natural resources or something, then they start going Oh no, no, no, no, that's below my stuff. But that's all I really remember from property class few years ago. 37:23 Speaker 2 So you're telling, so you're telling me Brandon can can hire the, the, the cast from Armageddon, right? And he can get a drill and he can just go as deep as he wants on his property and nobody's going to stop him. 37:38 Manny and Big B on Cartel Tunnels and Nicotine Honey Well, if it's your own property, I mean. 37:40 Speaker 2 Oh my God, he's going to die. 37:43 Speaker 7 I mean, if you start disrupting the neighborhood and people complain, you might need to get some kind of permit or something, but. 37:50 Speaker 3 Yeah, we, we try to get a permit from back here and the lady said, Oh no, we don't do permits Sir in this town. So I think we're good. And also for some reason all our neighbors are moving. There's like 7 houses on the block that are for sale. So I don't think it's too bit of a problem. We're going to try to like buy the house and just make an underground community under all our houses. 38:06 That'd be cool, but I think it'd be a good way. You know, tunnels are slept on. People don't do it anymore. Ever since the Vietcong, you know, there's really been no one to make tunnels and it kind of sucks. I just thought it'd be pretty cool to have a tunnel system. 38:18 Speaker 7 You just don't know about them. 38:20 Speaker 3 Oh, oh, you big tunneler too Big B. 38:22 Speaker 7 Yeah, yeah, yeah. People aren't supposed to know where my tunnels are. 38:27 Speaker 6 It's called a cartel situation that we were dealing with today in federal court. There's a lot of people that do tunnels really, really well. But yeah, whether it's a city might be a county permit, something like that. Because it's like digging oil on your own thing. Remember the Beverly Hillbillies, you know, hunting and he shot something and up came a bubble in crude. 38:47 So it's. But you don't have to get permission, you know so far because it impacts the land and it could. 38:54 Speaker 3 So I thought you owned. I thought you owned all the way to the center of the earth. 39:00 Speaker 6 I don't think anybody's ever challenged it, but I guess you you first, if you can dig that far where you get to the hot magnum lava and then you end up in China, that'd be interesting. 39:09 Speaker 2 He's dug like 12 feet in three days. It's crazy. This dude is like a digging machine. And that's why Manny, you're so you're talking about this case. So we want to get this case because Brandon, he was going to go to Lowe's to get some, some, some individuals that are good at digging tunnels under borders, if you know what I mean, right. 39:29 So if you might talk about this case that you're talking about with the tunnels and Brandon, you might be able to pick up somebody here. 39:36 Speaker 3 Yeah. We wish you had you on the show more. 39:36 Speaker 3 Yeah. 39:38 Speaker 6 People like they said, but the pickings are slim, thinks ice is all over the place as far as that goes so you. 39:44 Speaker 3 Think I can call ice and be like, hey, can I just get a few of these guys for the day? You know, I, you know, and it's a you know. 39:49 Speaker 6 Work release, you can just say I'll release them from the ice camps and we can move them because they've got a big one in what, Lithonia or Lilburn or something like that where they bought the warehouse at like quadrupled the price. 39:58 Speaker 2 Just to kill people. 39:59 Speaker 3 We, we could set up a hell of a, a hell of a pin for them up back there and sit like a few caps and everything and have them just dig all the time. 40:06 Speaker 6 Yeah, and you'd feed them because they can't afford or feed them at these containment facilities. So you're doing the world of service. 40:13 Speaker 3 Yeah, and we're about to have a shit ton of tobacco plants, so they have all the cigarettes they want and everything. I mentioned that we're growing a lot of tobacco plants. We got 72 planted, we got another 72 on the way, and I crossed 14 of them with a watermelon. So we're hoping to get like Wimaco or something. 40:27 Speaker 6 How does he know how to cross jeans? 40:30 Speaker 2 I don't know, it's the weirdest. He's like a idiot savant. 40:33 Speaker 6 Take them together. I mean, you can't glue the shit together and it's not going. 40:36 Speaker 2 To work like he had his, he had his honeybee Queens out there and he's holding the little honeybee cages up to the bag and he's like, he's going to do this. And it's ridiculous because now they're selling, correct me if I'm wrong, Brandon, they're selling like Bitcoin for your honey bees. 40:51 Speaker 3 We wish you had you on the show more. 40:51 Speaker 3 Yeah, they're doing like a meme coin with it that's going kind of well too. But yeah, I mean, I looked on the market and there's no nicotine honey on the market, but it's like a $7 trillion industry. Oral nicotine is. I'm like, I got to get a little piece of that, you know? 41:03 Speaker 6 There's a bunch of bees flying around with roaches in their mouth, yeah. 41:08 Speaker 3 Well, they're going to be the nectar out of it. They're going to suck it out. I got the highest amount of tobacco, nicotine tobacco. It's like 9%. It's Aztec tobacco. I had to order it from a damn Brit or something. They shipped it over, but we got it. We got it. 41:20 Speaker 6 Planned so I didn't realize that you had to pollinate the tobacco plant, but I guess that's news to me. 41:28 Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah. I mean, the bees, they'll do it, man. And then once they get addicted, they're like, this is all I fucking want, that's all I want. And they're going to put it in their honey and I'm going to take all their honey and I'm going to sell it for a profit. 41:36 Speaker 6 So they'll get addicted, not sunflowers and everything else that they like mate with I guess. 41:43 Speaker 3 I think the nicotine is going to be like, they're like, damn, this shit tastes good. I don't know what's in it, but I'm going to keep hitting it. 41:49 Speaker 7 How do you know that the nicotine will end up in the honey? 41:53 Speaker 3 We're going to send it off to one of them scientists in a lab somewhere, you know, a new test on it somewhere at UGAI guess I think they can do that. Or you know, if it doesn't work, I found you can buy, it's called pure Nic. You can buy it by the liquid and you can just, you know, dose your own. 42:06 Speaker 2 And and we got a hell of a disclaimer, so Brandon's going to tell everybody it's 6 milligrams of nicotine and we're going to be calling you guys again for that. 42:14 Speaker 6 So is it an 18 and over? 42:15 Speaker 7 Thing maybe or. 42:17 Speaker 6 Something in jobs? Get ready. 42:19 Speaker 3 Well, see, that's what I'm wondering also. I'm like since bees made it like I think I'm clear on that, but I don't know because you know, you can go to like a restaurant get, you know, like a four year old can get beer battered fish. So I figured that'd be about the same thing like the fish, you know, and the beer all together. It's fine. They're not drinking a beer, but I think if it's in the honey, I think I'm good in the bees made it, not me. 42:37 I'm just telling it for. 42:38 Speaker 6 Him, I'm with you. And you don't even have to have nicotine in it. If you just say it, people will mentally just believe it and say, yeah, yeah, I'm getting buzzed. This is this is great. 42:46 Speaker 3 That works. All right. Cool. I'm glad I got you all on board for all this thing. See, the ideas are good. Tunnels, great, bees, punnies. Fucking awesome. And if not, I'll be in jail for a little bit. Have to spend some thousands of dollars to the Aurora law firm, but that's fine because I like doing these projects and it's much odd now. 43:01 Big B Details a Cartel Drug Trafficking Case So. But what about you guys and your job? I really want to hear more about this cartel tunnel. I want to you know, if you got any specifics or pictures that'd be great too. But besides that, what have y'all been up to? 43:13 Speaker 6 Oh, we don't have any pictures because everything was kind of under seal, but Beth will walk you through the case and she'll also tell you how not to cross examine somebody today and perhaps learn to write a little better because in for a court hearing with some other lawyers that were working with us on it. And so I'm hoping she learned something because I preach right, Well, right, well, right, well at #1 requirement at the job. 43:34 But I will let her address it because while we don't use names because it's sealed ended up to our, I know this is not going to sound great, but we were looking at a mandatory life sentence, no parole, but we ended up getting 20 years. And in the federal system, there's no parole, but it's you get some good time when you have a numbered sentence. 43:54 So instead of getting life, we got 200 months, which is 20 years, which means hopefully you'll get out in 15. 44:03 Speaker 3 And how many of those years were because of a tunnel? 44:08 Speaker 6 The tunnel wasn't it. It was the 10s of millions of dollars. 44:11 Speaker 2 OK, it's just, oh, you're so stupid. Oh my God. 44:14 Speaker 6 Crystal meth, you know, crystal meth does have to come in it comes in liquid meth form and we have to process it, that kind of stuff and there's all kinds of semi trucks that are transporting it through the after the tunnels. But Big B will what she learned about how not to cross examine somebody or. 44:30 Speaker 2 Not this is going to be good, Pete. We wish you had you on the show more. 44:30 Speaker 2 Not this is going to be good, Pete. Do we need to do we need to act this out or is do you just, can you just tell the story without any actors? 44:36 Speaker 7 I think I can skip the actors. I think it would be, it would take a long time. You'd have to have at least an hour just devoted to that. I will say I don't know anything about the tunnel, so Manny will have to fill those holes in. 44:57 No unintended there. But it was a sentencing hearing today. Our client had already taken a plea to drug trafficking, money laundering. But the background of it was and what led her here was that she had a rough childhood. 45:19 She came over to the US, She was 10 or 11. She had her first kid at 13 years old, had a bunch of really nasty relationships with some really terrible guys. I think the third husband was somebody who ended up wrapped up with the cartel. 45:39 So he was, you know, going back and forth to Mexico and here in Atlanta. And in 2019, they took a trip to Mexico and he was murdered by the cartel because he was stealing from the cartel. 45:56 So because she was left and there was a lot of business going through him in Atlanta, she was put up to continue running the business as usual. So she took it over. And for a few years, things were things were going on as as planned. 46:15 So lots of money going through her. She was running a lot of money. She wasn't doing any of the hands on drug stuff but making sure everybody got paid and everything and she was buying some houses and things. So she got arrested. 46:30 Speaker 3 We say running the money. Is she, is she using the tunnels for that? We wish you had you on the show more. 46:30 Speaker 3 We say running the money. Is she, is she using the tunnels for that? Or are you talking about like it's just being funneled through her and then sent back out? 46:36 Speaker 7 Funneled through her and sent back out, making sure the books are kept and things the right people are getting paid. 46:44 Speaker 2 So she's, so she's a criminal. 46:47 Speaker 3 Allegedly. 46:48 Speaker 2 Oh, sorry, Alleged allegedly. No. 46:50 Speaker 6 No, no, there's no alleged there's. 46:52 Speaker 7 A plea, yeah, She, she took a plea today. She was sentenced for it. She admitted to it. So she, yeah, she she bought some houses and some cars and some things. And that's kind of how it got traced back to her a little bit. 47:08 And 20 years for that. 47:11 Speaker 2 So, so just out of curiosity, because I mean, we've all seen Shawshank Redemption, right? And I mean, that's a great movie. And, and you had this young lady who was, you know, handling Cartel's money. She was doing her thing. Do you guys ever, and you know, I'm not talking about her specifically, but I'm talking about any client where they say, yeah, there's two $3,000,000 missing. 47:36 And then they go, I'll take a 10 year or I'll take 15 years because maybe they have it buried or they have it hidden. Did you guys ever get in? Like does anybody ever give you that vibe where you're, they're very excited about a 10 year sentence because they know once they get done, they have this on the outside. 47:54 Or is this lady going to serve 20 years and she has no nest egg on the outside? We wish you had you on the show more. 47:54 Or is this lady going to serve 20 years and she has no nest egg on the outside? I mean, what what do you guys think in that when you're dealing with these type of situations? 48:05 Speaker 6 Nobody's ever been excited to do 10 years for any reason. If anything else, they want it as best as possible. That's why I think they come to us in this case. The 20 years is going to suck. Her husband was murdered. He was. It was bad as far as being tied up, kidnapped, bag on the head kind of thing. 48:25 His friend was there when the murder happened. The body was left dangling for me the next day. The friend and our client fled back to the United States after this happened because they figured the cartel was going to clean house. And then she was given the option do it and keep the infrastructure and everything going or there's going to be consequences. 48:46 The problem was even if she's reluctant to do it and scared because she had six children at the time and she'd been sexually abused and all that stuff when she was younger, she started enjoying it and, you know, posting photos with a Mercede and the house is well, they're nice. 49:02 They were in the country and so a couple $100,000 buys a real nice house there. So she bought houses for all the family with the proceeds and moving 250 to 300 keys a month through the suppliers. But you're the sort of the money keeper, right? 49:18 The cartel tells you who to pay for what's going on. They tax and stacks of cash which you don't have to sell if it and wrap and put them in the bundles and Seagate back across the border to the cartel. That's where the tunnels and everything else come in because it's not like you can just load up a truck without it getting noticed with just because $1,000,000 takes up a lot of space. 49:38 That's just one. Now imagine multiplying that out where you're taking truckloads of that stuff across and then liquid meth is coming into the United States and you got to get across the border. And then they have all sorts of shipping company on this side of the of the product from point A to point B. 49:54 We wish you had you on the show more. 49:54 And then you have to distribute it to the different houses where the liquid meth gets processed down into crystal meth. And it's quite scientific. I mean, it takes a lot of intelligence, organization and all that kind of stuff. It's almost sounds like an AI commercial, but it's not. But you know, they worked really hard to get it done. 50:11 But she was responsible for all the cash. And so the buck was going to stop with her and the fact that she ended up being good at it, even with her lack of education. I think the judge noticed that we'd asked for a slightly lighter sentence. The government asked for more. 50:27 She was looking at a mandatory life. And so thankfully, we ended up getting a number where she has a chance to get out in about 15 years. I would get. 50:36 Speaker 2 Did the houses that she bought for her family, do those get repossessed or do they get taken from the government or do they get to keep those? 50:43 Speaker 6 Well, I'm not giving advice to anybody on how to do things, but if you're going to drug deal, forfeiture is a huge problem, right? Like they'll come and see your assets. So as I tell everyone, for the love of God, this is just when I talk to my friends, not to actual clients. 50:58 Don't buy that way. There's nothing to seize, lease and rent everything. 51:03 Speaker 2 Oh wait, so they so they took all those houses. 51:06 Speaker 6 They took it all because they were all paid on with your profit, but you can link those houses based on the amount of money that was coming through ledgers. 51:15 Speaker 3 So. 51:16 Speaker 6 Wiretaps. We wish you had you on the show more. 51:16 Speaker 6 Wiretaps. But I'm just saying, if I was just even a remotely intelligent person, I was like, forfeiture is the big thing for the government, right? Don't own it. If you've got that kind of cash, rent your Ferrari, rent your nice house, rent your whatever, and there's nothing to lose. 51:34 Speaker 3 So if if technically like if I bought a house, right? And then I, you know, let's just say some people moved in that maybe wore of Hispanic origin, has some questionable tattoos and the house is, you know, not the greatest. It's probably like a 1800 or probably like $1200 a month for rent. But they're like, hey, we're going to give you $10,000 a month. 51:51 Just don't really show up here anymore. Can I get in trouble for that? Like I'm not going to ask you any more questions after them. Like sounds good with me man. 51:57 Speaker 6 Yeah, you're going to get in trouble because that's called like here's $10,000. Take this package and drive to South Carolina for me and you're like no problem. 52:05 Speaker 3 Man, Oh no, no, I'm not going to do that. I'm just renting the house to them and I don't care what they're doing. 52:09 Speaker 6 The same difference if they're paying you five times the going rate. Nobody's that kind of a negotiator. No matter how many holes you dig and how many jeans you splice, it's going to be a problem. 52:21 Speaker 2 But are you a good enough attorney, Manny, to get them off? That's the most important question. 52:27 Speaker 6 Only if the check clears right you're. 52:30 Speaker 3 Going to get a lot from the Mexicans, women in that house doing whatever the drugs they're doing and whatever they're making. Now that also goes some other thing. If I were to dig a tunnel, could I lease it out? And then, you know, you know, from one side of the county to the other, lease it out and just, you know, put jet skis down there. Just have businesses transport their, you know, whatever they need. 52:45 You know, I'm just, it's just like a highway. I'm just providing. 52:49 Speaker 6 You know. 52:51 Speaker 2 Oh, he's going to die, Manny. He's going to die. He has No, people on social media are already saying like they're worried about him. And he's the only one that has the Spotify password to put up these videos. So when he does die, we're screwed. 53:05 Speaker 6 Oh you just hit that forget password and have his phone to get the code or whatever he. 53:09 Speaker 2 I put a fingerprint thing on it. I got to cut his finger. Oh it. 53:12 Speaker 3 Sucks they got to dig me up. How does he get the? 53:14 Digging Tunnels and Driving Out Neighbors Dirt out of 12 feet. I mean, you have a whole pulley system. Is it by the bucket that you ship it out? Because that would take a while. 53:20 Speaker 7 Are you just using a shovel? 53:22 Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah, I'm using a shovel right now. We wish you had you on the show more. 53:22 Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah, I'm using a shovel right now. Once we get down in the hole and we buy a Chinese excavator, they're like 3 grand and they're like, they're shaky and whatnot. But I think it'd be good to leave underground. That way if something happens, I'm just like, we'll just leave it under there. But it is hard on the left shoulder and the left elbow. I'll probably need like Tommy John surgery by the, you know, like 30 feet. 53:39 But we're working on a conveyor system out there. So that should work right now. We're we got steps. We look like a like we're Egyptian or something. And I got like an old greenhouse on top of it to keep the dogs, the gypsies and the people from falling in. So, you know, I don't want to get sued. How? 53:54 Speaker 6 Many people walk in on your property. 53:57 Speaker 3 Not, not a lot, but I mean there could be someone at any given time because there is like a crackhead community behind us on the back. 54:02 Speaker 2 Road yeah, there's nobody there's nobody walking on his property because all of his neighbors are selling their property and Brandon Brandon's like I don't understand I don't understand why all of my neighbors are moving out of the neighborhood and I'm sitting here going Brandon, it's you. You are literally driving out every good God fearing law abiding citizen from your neighborhood with all the antics. 54:25 You got bees, you got Zen ants, you got tunnels, you got explosions. Like Do Chuck. 54:31 Speaker 6 You know what? I want him to go to Michigan and buy your grandmother's proper. 54:36 Speaker 2 That would actually that would work really, really well and the content would be very, very good, Brandon. And you could get that at probably what, $10,000 more than I sold it and you could raise hell in Michigan. We wish you had you on the show more. 54:49 Speaker 3 That I would. I'm not going to Michigan. Hell no. I'd rather. I'd rather live in that tunnel forever than go to Michigan. Good God, you might. Well, if you. 54:58 Speaker 2 Keep digging, you might end up there. 55:00 Speaker 3 Yeah, I mean, that's the goal, is just to have a bunch of fucking tunnels all over the county, and that'd be pretty cool. It had them pop up all over the place. You know, liquor store, post office, Papa John's, you know the hot spots. 55:10 Speaker 6 The underground. 55:10 Speaker 7 What? 55:12 Speaker 3 What did you stay? What? 55:17 Speaker 2 Did you stay? Is that Bee's top three spots? The liquor store, the Papa John's and the Yeah, we. 55:21 Speaker 7 Share a list. 55:23 Speaker 3 Look at that. See big bead like the tunnel idea. Like I said, once I get mine done, I'll come up to your area and I'll help you start digging your tunnel to the Papa John's Liquor store and post office. You know, because it's just a pain in the ass to get those. They put them in the worst locations. Traffic is always terrible. You got to cross like 4 lanes. I don't know why they do that, but. 55:38 Speaker 6 It's like Bugs Bunny, where you just and then pop right up like the cartoons. Is that what we're talking about? 55:44 Speaker 3 It's a little more a little more labor intensive. I don't know how that damn Bunny did it, but it was he did it quickly. I can't do it that quick but. 55:51 Speaker 2 How are you going to go through? 55:52 Speaker 6 Concrete to get to these places. 55:54 Speaker 3 Go through concrete. Oh, we got, we get like a jackhammer or something, you know, or we can do it from the top. I mean, we got the we got the artillery or we got the equipment so we can get it done. So artillery. 56:06 Speaker 6 Sounds like every bad bank robbery movie. Where you going underneath the hidden sewer system or something to get it? 56:12 Speaker 2 Done I. 56:12 Speaker 3 Probably will end up like in the shitter. Someone's yeah, someone's stepping tank. Oh man. 56:17 Speaker 2 But. 56:18 Final Thoughts with Manny and Big B, Event Promo That would be a problem, yeah. We wish you had you on the show more. 56:18 Final Thoughts with Manny and Big B, Event Promo That would be a problem, yeah. 56:20 Speaker 3 But y'all going to be more than welcome to come check out the tunnel when it's completed here and you know, end of the year, maybe see how far we get. We're going to put a bathroom and everything in there right on the left and you know, like a ticket counter. And it's going to be nice. It's going to be cool. So well, we appreciate you guys coming on and good catching up with you. We got to get you back on again soon. 56:35 Like I said, the event is June 7th at New Rome Brewing again. So if y'all want to mark that on your calendar, it'd be a good time. Big B, you guys think we're getting out of here? 56:47 Speaker 7 I will say actually usually I'm a pretty good gauge of this. I don't know if anything you said tonight was true A. 56:53 Speaker 3 100% at all this. You can go on social media and it's all there and I'm about to go dig on the tunnel right now while we got a little more sunshine left. 57:01 Speaker 7 I don't know. You have a skeptic. That's what I'll leave you with. 57:04 Speaker 3 OK, all right, well go comment that. Be like this guy's an idiot. And you know, a lot of people say that already. 57:08 Speaker 7 Or just a liar. 57:10 Speaker 3 Yeah, that works too. Yeah. It warms my heart when people, you know, doubt me. Mandy, you got anything before we get on out of here? We wish you had you on the show more. 57:15 Speaker 6 Save as much money as you can so you can write and again. 57:22 Speaker 3 You cut out for a SEC, save as much money for what? I feel like that was very important. 57:25 Speaker 6 Save as much money as you can to hire us and then keep digging because it's good for business. Spread the word all. 57:31 Speaker 3 Right. Sounds good. I'll put a Aurora law sign up down there at the bottom, Chuck. 57:35 Speaker 2 I, I will say this, Manny, here's the deal. We missed you very, very much. We wish you had you on the show more. Unfortunately be everything he's saying is 100% true and and it it drives me crazy because he's he's he's doing well for himself right now. 57:50 But but June 7th June 7th, we want the Aurora law firm and you don't got to answer now because I don't want to put you on the spot, but June 7th want you guys back out. You were our original event in what was that Brandon, what we do with the Duncan pontoon brewing. 58:07 You guys came out there for that. We would love to have you back for this one. June 7th Manny, these shirts are. 58:14 Speaker 6 Amazing. 58:15 Speaker 2 They're amazing. I wear them all the time. I have. I have two of them. 58:15 Speaker 2 They're amazing. I wear them all the time. I have. I have two of them. I wear it all the time. I didn't even know, but when I put this on, we're having you guys on. So if you guys wouldn't mind coming back out, you know, putting your brand out there, we're having a battle of the bands. We're going to have three bands out there June 7th to have you guys. 58:31 That would be great. And I'm sure we're going to have a surprise guest again and a Will Turpin from Collective Soul was our last one. We'll have another one out there for this one. And but dude, I would love to have you guys out. Please think about it. We'll talk offline and thank you guys for coming out and I really appreciate it. 58:46 Speaker 6 Just ask Big B if she's studying for the bar. She's about to graduate in a week so. 58:50 Speaker 2 Did she, did she come to the last event? 58:53 Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah. 58:53 Speaker 6 Remember there at the pontoon? You guys were the shit out of me. 58:56 Speaker 2 I was too big. I was too busy with Josh Gibbs ripping my hat off my head and spraying Brandon with fart spray. So I remember, I remember Manny being there. But B, you were there. Did you have your husband? 59:07 Speaker 7 No, no, the last one was at New Realm. 59:11 Speaker 1 Yeah. 59:12 Speaker 7 59:12 Speaker 7 January. 59:13 Speaker 3 January, probably. 59:15 Speaker 2 January. January. 59:16 Speaker 7 It was a Sunday. 59:19 Speaker 3 Like I was there too. 59:20 Speaker 7 We were inside the whole time. 59:22 Speaker 6 Oh, so you did come to that. 59:26 Speaker 2 No, she didn't. No, she didn't come to punch it May. 59:28 Speaker 6 Not have worked for us back then. 59:30 Speaker 2 So, no. So she's coming June 7th. So Big B will be one of our MCS for the Battle of the Bands. She'll be up there on stage announcing the bands, talking about the bands. You know, maybe she'll be a judge, a celebrity judge. When he's a celebrity judge, we'll get Big B out there. So this is going to be awesome. 59:46 Speaker 6 Be a great break from bar study. 59:49 Speaker 3 Yeah, All right. Well, I'm about to dig my tunnel northeast to the Aurora Law firm. I'll see you all in a little while. Bye.
