I haven't really felt the effect of a Friday though in a long time, so I've not had a real job and I can't remember what my name is. Brandon Thrasher. It's the Daily Dose Show over there as Chuck Armfest. How you doing? 0:31 Speaker 1 Well, I got a couple gentlemen in my my backyard right now working on my. 0:34 Speaker 3 Deck Oh, they're really working hard on that Dick, aren't they? 0:38 Speaker 1 They're making it big. They're making it a big one. 0:40 Speaker 3 Big Dick. All right, that's awesome. That's great. But yeah, you don't really have that, that sensation either of a Friday, do you? Because you don't work a nine to five and it's been a while since you have, right? 0:48 Speaker 1 Yeah. And I kind of of like I work Saturday sometimes. So it's, it's I work Sunday sometimes. I don't really have any. I have no idea what it feels like to be like. Oh yeah, it's Friday. The only, the only thing I consider Friday for me. And I don't know if this just worked out, if God himself intervened and just made my life this way. 1:06 We have no softball and no baseball on Fridays for some reason. I don't know how that even works out because I don't make the schedule. So me and Megan looked at our calendar. We're like, dude, this is crazy. So we have all the Fridays off now You know where I'll be next Friday, Brandon. Let's see. 1:21 Let's see if you pay attention to my life. If you retain the information I give you, do you have any idea where I'll be? 1:27 Speaker 3 You'll be getting grandma. You got to transport her down. 1:31 Speaker 1 No, it's March. It's like March 2nd. Come on buddy, you're a good friend. Or. 1:35 Speaker 3 2nd That's when you're getting her. 1:37 Speaker 1 Yeah, she's flying in. 1:39 Speaker 3 Next week, isn't it? 1:40 Speaker 1 Yeah, we have. Well, that's it's like 2 weeks from now. We're a little concerned because she's got an oxygen tank now. I don't know how that's going to work with the whole airline. I'm scared she's going to take I'm little afraid she's going to take one down. I'm just saying. But no that you. 1:52 Speaker 3 Can't just turn on the mask for her. They can't just turn on her single mask. But all right man, let's. 1:58 Speaker 1 Not breathe through that mask. Hers drops, and hers is the only one. 1:58 Speaker 1 Not breathe through that mask. Hers drops, and hers is the only one. Everyone's screaming on the plane like no, no, no, no. It's it's cool. We just couldn't let her around with a huge tank. 2:05 Speaker 3 Punching her and taking her mask and shit, but whoa whoa whoa, she just can't have a tank. Oh, chill out. 2:10 Speaker 1 Dude, we've got this is you have no idea this, this whole situation. 2:14 Dropkick Murphy's Politics and Granny's Desire to Die Before I get into Granny, I'll just let you know next Friday I'll be in Chattanooga, TN. 2:19 Speaker 3 For what I'm. 2:20 Speaker 1 Taking Carter to his first concert ever. 2:24 Speaker 3 Oh, Dropkick Murphy's. 2:25 Speaker 1 Dropkick Murphy's a little upset right now because they're doing all these public service announcements how ICE needs to be abolished and Trump is the worst president in the world. I don't care, dude. I don't care. 2:36 Speaker 3 Coming from an Irish band. 2:37 Speaker 1 It's just, bro, I'm, I'm, I'm like, I'm on the fence right now with how to deal with this. I've not talked to Carter about, I'm not going to. I love Dropkick Murphy's, I'll always love their music, but my God, can we not have politics and everything? 2:53 Can I not enjoy my first freaking concert with my son? I will say we're going to be backstage with the guys. I know that. And I guarantee you I'll videotape it and I'll let you know if there's any liberal propaganda going on. I don't think there will be. I don't, I don't think they're going to do that, but it is. 3:09 I'm a little worried. 3:11 Speaker 3 You just take him after that to Green Day and let him say faggot all he wants. 3:16 Speaker 1 The green days, dude, get out anyway, I can't. But that's what we'll be next weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we'll be in Chattanooga. I somehow have to take Megan and the girls, even though they're not going to the concert. They just have to go because it's vacation, I guess. I don't know. They're just going to sit in the pool at the hotel. I don't know. 3:32 But anyway, back to Granny blowing up. I probably shouldn't even say it like that because now. 3:36 Speaker 3 Yeah, that'll be in the transcript. I don't know. Transcripts. My grandma's blowing up a plane. Stop it dude. Back. 3:45 Speaker 1 To the problem at hand, So I'm talking to my grandma. She's in, she's in Ohio right now with with my cousin Sheila. And you know, her phone's jacked. She's got one of those like crickets or something. I don't know what it is. Every time I talk to her, she's just like, hey, how are you? It's good. And it just cuts off and then I don't talk to her again for three hours. 4:02 Then she calls me and she's like, my battery died anyway. How are and it dies again. I'm like, God help me, it's terrible. So I've had one conversation with her over the last three days, but what I've been brought, what's been brought to my attention is she now has an oxygen tank. So she's, if you know, do you know anything about heart medication, Brandon? 4:18 Speaker 3 I know it. It's, I know that's how we figured out Viagra gives you a boner 'cause they were given to the men for their hearts and then their Wiener started getting hard. They're like, oh, you could use it for this too. 4:27 Speaker 1 OK, but I don't think that's why my grandma's taking it. I hope not, but no, she's she's on 4 Lasik's a day, which a LASIK is. I guess it it lessens the the fluid around your heart. 4:39 Speaker 3 I thought that was like eye surgery. 4:41 Speaker 1 No, this is, you're asking the wrong guy. All I know is she's average is taking one LASIK pill every two days. My grandma's, my grandmother's taking 4A day. OK, the doctors are like, your heart might stop beating, but at least you won't die from, you know, water around your heart. 5:02 So everybody's kind of, you know, but I've been hearing this for a year and a half. You know, grandma's going to, she's going to leave this world any day. That's all I ever hear from my family. And I've I've come to the fact that I've come to the realization my grandmother's going to live forever, OK? We just, I just know that she's going to outlive me. 5:19 So anyway, I'm talking to her and she's like, yeah, they got me on an oxygen tank. And I'm like, that wasn't part of that. Like nobody contacts me and says, hey, you're getting grandma for four weeks, make sure you have oxygen, right? So I'm like, well, how does that work? Do they let you just get on an airplane with an oxygen tank? 5:36 I've never heard of this in my life. Have you ever seen anybody on an airplane with an oxygen tank? 5:42 Speaker 3 No, I don't think so. I think they just kind of have to tough it out when they get up there. I don't know. 5:49 Speaker 1 It's not true. 5:49 Speaker 3 I mean, they do have oxygen tanks on the plane. I mean, that's where you're getting oxygen for the mass from. So imagine it's got to be stored somewhere, like tight or somewhere secure. And then they got to just run a dedicated line for her and just hope no one steps on it. You know, someone steps on the oh, there it is, there it is. 6:05 There's the oxygen. 6:06 Speaker 1 Well, I'm worried about that because I've already had to hire a nurse to come in and bathe her and I told you that that's a minimum of four hours that they have to come for. So Granny's going to be getting her hair did and her nails done four times a week for 4 hours a day because how long does a shower take now? 6:22 I got to worry about oxygen. I don't this is, this is the whole thing, dude. I'm like really, really nervous about this. So I know that you don't care and you don't. You have, you're not, you're not in this situation yet because your grandma's only, what, like 80? 6:34 Speaker 3 8687, yeah, she's in her late later 80s I think. 6:39 Speaker 1 Is she on oxygen? 6:40 Speaker 3 No, no, no, she still runs around and does stuff and is out in the garden and always falling down because she tries to do stuff that she's not supposed to be doing that everyone tells her not to. And she's always got bruises and she fell and got a big old black eye the other day. She's like, I just tripped. It's OK though. Well, OK, well, probably shouldn't be walking as much. 6:56 Speaker 1 I know she might not. My grandma doesn't walk anymore. She's she's in a she's in a wheelchair. She's not her little, her little Walker, but I just yeah, dude, till March 2nd. That's all going down. Grandma's coming in and, you know, dude, I, I, I, I hate it because, you know, she's coming to Carter's tournament and I don't care what anybody says. 7:15 If you have a an aging family member, what's the one thing you fear? 7:20 Speaker 3 Them dying in public. 7:23 Speaker 1 OK, now you know my life. You know my life. What would be the worst place Grandmother could pass away? 7:31 Speaker 3 Holding Sydney outside the baseball, Sydney's like sitting on her lap or hanging out with her and then she's watching Carter play baseball and she croaked right there. That'd. 7:39 Speaker 1 Be bad. Oh my God, dude, that's even. I didn't even think about holding the kid. That's even worse, man. Yeah. 7:44 Speaker 3 Yeah, that's. 7:44 Speaker 1 Terrible. See, because what I'm thinking is, and you know, and, and again, my grandmother's very open about, you know, she is, she has lived her life. She knows where she's going. She's ready to. 7:57 Speaker 3 She's probably ready. She probably wants to go out there and just wait for a fly ball to get her. She's. 8:02 Speaker 1 Oh, thank you, Lord. Dude, she tells me. She tells me she prays to die. Oh, my God. Like she'll be like, she'll be like I asked the Lord every day to Take Me Home. I'm just ready to go. I'm tired of this, you know? And I'm like, So now I'm sitting here going, OK, Grandma's praying for it to happen. 8:19 You know, hopefully. I just don't want it to happen in that setting. I don't even know how I'd hand. I don't, I don't. I can't even imagine how I would handle that situation if there was a medical emergency that ended with the termination of my beautiful grandmother. And I'm coaching on the field when it happens. 8:34 Like what do I do? 8:36 Speaker 3 Yeah, I don't, I don't know. 8:36 Speaker 3 Yeah, I don't, I don't know. I guess you got to take like a time out or something. Death time out. I mean, you got to finish the game, right? I mean, she's still going to be dead when you get done with the game. The game's probably not got that much longer going, you know? And then you just go see her afterwards. Do they got to take her to the morgue and everything, right, Don't they? And they inspect her or they just take her straight to the Funeral Home. 8:53 Speaker 1 I have this odd sneaking sensation that if somebody was to pass away during a baseball game, they're not going to finish the game. Brandon. 9:01 Speaker 3 Oh really? You don't think so? What if it was like a tournament or something? 9:05 Speaker 1 Championship game. See, I don't know, I'm going to have to these, this is the conversation I have to have with my grandmother. And when she's here, I'm actually going to get her on the show. So she'll talk to you about this directly and you can ask her all these questions. Because I think that's what we need to do. We need to have a record of how she wants this to be handled because dude, she's so open about it. 9:24 It's the weirdest. It's I used to think it was creepy. Now I'm sitting here. The older you get, you start going. I think if I was 96, I can see that maybe I don't think I'd be praying for death, but I would still. I can understand the thought process behind it when you've lived a long life and you lived a good life. 9:41 Video Messages from the Deceased and Afterlife Signs 9:41 Video Messages from the Deceased and Afterlife Signs Yeah, yeah. I mean, I think she's she's probably ready to do it. And I I think it's weirder for does she tell the kids that too? Like she just says, like when you say your prayers tonight, pray that grandma dies tonight does. 9:51 Speaker 1 She tell the kids that do that. No, but she told my she told my dad, because my mom and dad are coming in on March 3rd because that's like Carter's like his. It's a big baseball tournament that weekend and she told my dad she's like, it's a really good thing you're going to be there. 10:06 So if I die, you know, Charles isn't taking care of all this alone. You'll be there to help them. My dad's like what he's so my dad calls me. He's like, well, apparently your grandmother just wants me there in case things go South, you know? And I'm like, Oh my God. 10:18 Speaker 3 I can see her like at the local church that she attends or what not. You know how they'll always send in like prayer requests and stuff. She'll be like please everyone pray that I die this week and I need extra prayers. Please. He's not hearing me. Maybe if a hundred of us pray, it'll happen. 10:32 Speaker 1 I 1000% promise you my grandmother has made that prayer request and he actually took my phone because we were doing videos. You know, I think I told you I did a bunch of video, not video documentaries, but video messages for my kids. So she did like, you know, a bunch of video messages for Savannah and she's like, you know, hey, congratulations on your wedding. 10:51 Congratulations on, you know, this and that. Congratulations on your 21st birthday. Because she said, look, I'm not going to be here for these things, so keep up with all that. I got it all. Yeah, I got all of it stored. So that way when Savannah turns 21, there's a message from grandma, you know who's been gone for X amount of years. 11:08 How? 11:08 Speaker 3 About I say, is that is that odd? I've never had anybody in my family or anybody like leave a video message for me to like watch afterwards. Like there's a lot of videos of me and my grandpa up on YouTube, the ones we used to do back in the day. Every now and then I watch those, but I don't know about the about the, you know, 10 years later. 11:25 And then if you're 21st, you're like, Oh yeah, grandma, how you but don't. 11:29 Speaker 1 Don't you wish you had those though? 11:31 Speaker 3 I don't think so. I think that's, I think that's, I don't know. I would rather have just the more nonchalant, just the, you know, it's candid fucking videos, you know what I mean? Just like, oh, there's grandma, you know, Christmas or whatnot and there's me and grandma playing together because now they have that weird AI shit that was from Black Mirror that you can record your loved one before they die. 11:51 And then you have them in your phone forever. You just like talk to them like hey, grandma. And then she'll like respond and talk to you and give you advice and whatnot. It's very creepy, very weird, but it, it picks up on all their characteristics and their personality and everything. And it's like a 3D image model in your phone and you can talk to them whenever. 12:07 But it came from a Black Mirror episode. But that's real. 12:10 Speaker 1 See that? 12:10 Speaker 1 See that? OK, that's well, that's creepy because that's not really them. The reason I did it because I said, dude, like I want my, I want my kids to always have that, you know, at least more than I had because I, I never, I never met my mom's mom and I did, but I was a baby. I don't remember. I don't remember my grandmother and grandfather from my mom's side at all. 12:27 But I remember my grandfather because he passed away in 2002, but with my grandma still rocking 24 years later and my daughter, all my kids are old enough now they're going to remember grandma. I was like, dude, this is a good thing. I think it'll be cool. So I have those. But she after we did all these videos and you know, she we sat down and we did it for like an hour, hour and a half of these videos. 12:47 She goes, I want, I want you to record so bad because I want you to record one more video. And I was like, what for? And she goes my funeral and I was like, oh, I don't know about that Gram, what are you going to say? She's like, it's not going to be anything crazy, just just record. So I record and she's like, she's like, hey, she's like don't be crying for me, okay, This is a party, people, don't be sad. 13:10 I'm where I want to be. Like she just was like, totally like, hey, do not be sad at my funeral. Like this is not a sad. And I was like, God bless. I don't know if I can play that people are going to be walking in like what? Because it just looks really weird. 13:22 Speaker 3 Just give him champagne and like some party glasses or something. But it's like Grandma wanted. I don't know. She's been praying for this for a long time, that she died and she's happy now she did it. So, yeah, it's a I don't know, different people handle deaths differently and more for me, it's more of a get through the funeral, remember them and then, you know, every now and then you'll see something that reminds you of them. 13:44 You know, I, I don't know if a constant reminder's the best idea though, you know what I'm saying? Like, maybe not like a constant reminder, but just something depending on how close you were and how each of the kids handle it, you know what I'm saying? Because they're still kind of young, so they're probably all going to handle it differently, right? 13:58 Speaker 1 Oh, yeah, yeah. I think they'll all handle it in their own way. I just think that when you say constant reminders, what do you think you believe in? Like, you know, sparrows show themselves to remind you of your grandmother or grand or grandfather. 14:10 Speaker 3 No, not really. I just see like something like a stupid video or something like ha, we could have done that video back in the. 14:15 Speaker 1 Day so I'll make a. 14:16 Speaker 3 Video and I'll be like yeah, I remember we could have we could have done this for sure. Or I'll see a couch that needs to move like 2 inches and I'll think of my grandpa in Kentucky. He used to always do that every time we'd come in like an 8 hour drive from Georgia up to Kentucky. Like Brandon, I'm like hey granddad, how you doing? 14:31 He's like you move that couch for me. I'm like sure where he's like 2 inches that way. OK every time. It never failed. I had to move a piece of furniture about two inches every time I show up and I think he just waited. He just had like a list of furniture he needed adjusted just a little bit for every time I came in. 14:48 But that was my beauty before I could hug my grandparents or anything. 14:48 But that was my beauty before I could hug my grandparents or anything. Had to move some furniture. I thought he would actually move it to the garage or something, but Nope, just two inches that way. It's a little too close. 14:57 Speaker 1 That's actually really funny. I like that. I, I, I. So you're not, you're not talking about spiritually things that remind because that drives me, dude, I, I've told you before that that drives me absolutely crazy when people say like, you know, hey, we, we lost grandma and since we lost grandma, you know, the temperature has been 72° for three days and 72 was her favorite number the the how old she was when she died. 15:19 This is a sign from grandma that she's watching out for us. And I'm going, what? What are you talking about? I don't believe in that. I don't believe that our loved ones leave us and then they literally in the afterlife, sit here in the room with us and just watch and go, wow, Brandon needs me. 15:37 I'm here. But, you know, if he doesn't need me, I'm still going to show him I'm here by having a, you know, a freaking cat walk across the driveway. Like what? It just drives me crazy but. 15:47 Speaker 3 I saw, I saw one of them. It was this lady, she was driving. She was like, it's like my auntie just passed away and this rainbow keeps following me everywhere in the parking lot. I parked here and then I, I went over here to the Walmart and there's another puddle of rainbow puddle on the ground. Like lady, you were leaking oil and your car's about. 16:02 Speaker 1 To blow the hell up, right? 16:02 Speaker 1 To blow the hell up, right? That's not the auntie. 16:05 Speaker 3 Following you around, that's about a $5000 engine that's about to to pop up on you right there. 16:10 Speaker 1 I thought you meant like, I thought you meant there was a rainbow in the sky. And she was like, I just drove across the parking lot. Look at that rainbow still there. But you meant you meant the the freaking oil in the in the water. 16:24 Speaker 3 Yeah, on the ground, every time she was parking, she was, she was leaving a puddle of oil and it was all rainbow colored shit. It's like. 16:31 Speaker 1 It's just. 16:31 Speaker 3 Beautiful. That's my auntie following me around. 16:34 The Logistics and Legality of Mid-Flight Deaths All right, well, whatever you want to believe so well, hopefully last, last thing on grandma, you know, God forbid if something were to happen on the flight, how does that happen? Do people on flights die often? Like if you're over, can you know, over Tennessee? Do you have to get a Tennessee death certificate or how does that work? 16:52 Speaker 1 No. So I 'cause I was probably with the Air Marshall Service for like two or three years and they asked for volunteers to go to Walter Reed to become an EMT, a basic EMT basic. So it's nothing sexy. It's not like I'm a paramedic, but I was like, that's cool. It's extra training, something to do and you get out of work because if you go become, go to EMT school, that's all you do for like 4 or five months. 17:13 It's just go to EMT school. So I volunteered, I went graduated, we get these cards like, you know, hey, we're EM TS. So I remember after that I became very aware of being on flights and if there was medical emergencies, because they always get on the little microphone and they're like, excuse me, do we have a doctor on board? 17:29 Right. Whenever they say doctor, I'm like, I'm not a doctor, but I'm an EMTI can give, I can give oxygen because that was the only thing an EMT can do really just give oxygen. 17:37 Speaker 3 You can put more air in your lungs. That's it. That's where I'd go online. Your leg cut off. I can't put a tourniquet on it. Your arms broke. No split for you, but I'll give you air. 17:45 Speaker 1 As an EMTI, think you have less power than a COM like a medic, like in the military, which I thought was funny. But yeah. So I started doing a lot of, you know, you just, you'd have medical emergencies, pretty routine, especially if you're flying five days a week. You'd see it After that. It was probably, what, two to three years? 18:01 I personally was only on maybe two flights where somebody passed away and they will divert the flight depending on where you're located. Right. Yeah. Like if you're going from DC to LA, they'll divert the flight. But if you're going to like, from like DC to Atlanta and they're like, we're already in our descent, you only got an hour left, just cover them with a sheet. 18:22 Right. So they just cover you up with a blanket or a sheet. But dude, there is that that happens on international flights when you're over the Atlantic. And I've had I, it never happened to me. But there's other marshals that have been on these flights and you had somebody pass away and they would just literally move the people if they could that were sitting next to them and move them to other seats, buckle them in and cover them with a blanket and you'd have to fly. 18:48 Now imagine if it's a full flight. That's where like I got what I got 100. I got $200 from Southwest from sitting next to Jabba the Hutt. If you sit me next to a Corp, if I'm next to a corpse on a flight, you ain't getting away with no $200 Southwest credit. I'm. 19:03 Speaker 3 Getting a fucking free lifetime flight, all right? I'm flying for free everywhere I go, damn it. They can't pull them out and put them like in a air. Fuck, what are they called? 19:14 Speaker 1 Overhead compartment. 19:15 Speaker 3 No, no, no, no, no. A flight attendant jump seat. 19:19 Speaker 1 Oh my God, Brandon, that's even worse. Why put them with the flight attendants? It's their job. They work there. They got little seats right next to like, they fold up. They're like, and they, they, they strap straight to the wall. This guy. 19:31 Speaker 3 Is. 19:31 Speaker 1 Like falling forward it would. I mean, no, they're not going to be dead. 19:35 Speaker 3 I mean, strap him, put him in the back, strap him up, he's good to go. Or put him in the back toilet. 19:39 Speaker 1 Have you ever moved a dead body? 19:43 Speaker 3 No I haven't, but you should probably start moving him before he finally dies. 19:48 Speaker 1 Sir, how do you feel? I think I'm having a heart attack. We need you to get up right now and run. 19:53 Speaker 3 Jump out the back of the plane right fucking now. I guess they don't at what point, I guess immediately all the flu is released, right? So they shit themselves and piss themselves. Is there any in any case? I mean, if you're over international waters, I mean, I guess it'd be legal to dump the body, but. The airline would probably get a bad rap on that, wouldn't they? 20:10 Speaker 1 Yeah, you can't do how you can do that. You can't open your pressurized. So fatalities average 300 per year. 20:20 Speaker 3 Oh wow. 20:22 Speaker 1 And result in OK, so you got 360 last year. I'm trying to figure out what they do with the body. I know what they do with the bodies. I'm saying what do they do with the death certificate? I'm guessing they there's no way they put on their like, you know, died in the air, right? 20:37 Speaker 3 The sky death. 20:39 Speaker 1 What does death certificate say? That's weird. Let's see. 20:39 Speaker 1 What does death certificate say? That's weird. Let's see. It says OK, depending, you know it's funny. 20:55 Nothing nobody, nobody knows nobody. Oh, location of death because the person is a is usually they declared oh, they're not officially declared dead until they land. So the certificate would state the location where the plane landed as the location of death, wouldn't that? 21:13 Speaker 3 Fucking suck. If you, like, landed in, I don't know, Europe somewhere and he died there. That would suck. I'd be like, no, please tell me I died back back home, not here. 21:21 Speaker 1 It says, it says many people believe it's the coordinates at which they passed away. The pilot's like, Roger that. We're going to remember 574900 longitude, 8629 latitude, like that's what your death certificates, that's some grid coordinate over the Atlantic. 21:40 Speaker 3 No, it'd be cool if it was over the US, though. Then you could like go visit it and just like stand down. Like this is where Uncle Ron died. 30,000 feet. This guy right here, right here, kids right here. You know, whenever someone dies in a car wreck and they put the, you know, the, the cross there and all the flowers and whatnot, you can put that there. You know, they'd be like, this ain't even a road. 21:57 How the hell did he die here? Oh, it was 30,000 feet up that way, you know, it was just a little closer to heaven. It takes long to get up there, so. 22:05 Speaker 1 It does say the crew is supposed to record the time of the death, but the location is always going to be where they land. That's interesting. I, I, I never really wondered that before, but that's a very interesting thing. I would suck though, if you like go to the Middle East and like you landing like, Oh my God, I'm going to Dubai. 22:21 Jesus. What if I die on if I die on the way to Dubai and then they got to put my location of death Dubai? 22:27 Speaker 3 I think I got your body back. I I wonder if, you know, you got round trip tickets. I wonder if that helps, like just put them under the plane, you know, I mean, he paid for a ticket to come back. All right, then they had to be they had to be alive to claim the ticket. Did it? 22:40 Speaker 1 Well, and they and they, they shipped dead bodies all the time. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm sure they would ship me back. 22:46 Oz Perlman, Astral Projection, and Mind Powers All right, well, if you listen to it, you're on iHeartRadio out podcast or Spotify, be sure to lose a five star review and a follow. It helps out a good bit. It really does and we see y'all doing it every single day and the numbers are going up and up and up and that helps us out a lot. A lot, a lot. We also got the Patreon down below. He's ever paid advertising for the show and for Doom. 23:02 That's scary. Hookers, heroin, prostitutes and for a billboard, please go over there. We're still looking for billboard money and I think that would help the show a good bit. We'll do it for a couple months and see how that how that fares. That's got the YouTube channel up there posting about every day. We got the full length episodes going up as well. 23:19 Hopefully we'll be monetized here in the next couple weeks with all these cooking on the PlayStation videos. That'd be great. Get a few more dollars in our pocket. And we got the website uptheredailydoseshow.com where you have access to our merch site and all the other information about the show. 23:34 And if you need to get a hold of us that way, you can send us a message or leave us a voicemail at 404-890-0005. I'll put a lot of zeros so you 2 can remember you got anything before we move on. 23:44 Speaker 1 No, man, that was pretty good. You've gotten really good at reading that. And do you remember that off the top of your head or is it a script? 23:50 Speaker 3 I remember off the top of my head just like I used to remember all my parents credit card numbers and all our license plate numbers in case we were really in trouble. 23:57 Speaker 1 'Cause you're on the spectrum, you're definitely on the spectrum. 24:00 Speaker 3 I'm fucking retarded. Yeah, I could tell you my card number right now, but I won't. 24:08 Speaker 1 So just because you do that, like I've never been able to do that, but I do have a question. Have you seen that guy Oz Perlman that does all the the stuff with like the NFL teams and he can like tell you your pin code? He was on Joe Rogan. He's done it on a few different podcasts. Have you seen that guy? 24:22 Speaker 3 Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I was thinking Doctor Oz at first, but I don't know what you're talking. 24:25 Speaker 1 About do you think he actually like how, how do you think somebody does that? 24:31 Speaker 3 Astral projection. 24:33 Speaker 1 Oh my God dude what? I can't even ask you a question without just you saying something stupid. 24:39 Speaker 3 It's true. They tested it before they had someone sleep in a room and they put a 5 digit code up on top of the shelf and they were able to tell them the code by the end of the week. So I don't know why you think it's fucking crazy. It's your 5th eye, it's your third eye. We have that ability. That's why aliens are more advanced, because they use it more often. 24:56 Speaker 1 God, dude, we've gone at least 75 episodes without talking about some stupid Astro projection, and then you're going to tell us the story about that movie with Christian Leonardo DiCaprio? Oh. 25:08 Speaker 3 Inception. 25:08 Speaker 1 You're going to talk about that, and then you're going to talk about how you know you've tried it, but you can't figure it out, right? 25:16 Speaker 3 No, I tried it and I figured that out for a little while. It's hard. I was able to make it down the stairs, yeah, through the front door. And then I twitched and I woke back up and I was in my bed. I was like fuck, so close. It takes, it takes a while to do it though. Some people can do it like at the at a fucking instant though. 25:33 I had a buddy's buddy that used to be able to do it. He could sit there for 5 minutes and do it. I was like, yeah, that's pretty cool, pretty great. I imagine that's probably something that he has to do with in order how he gets those PIN numbers and shit card numbers. 25:44 Speaker 1 All right, let's let's do this. We can do this in under a minute. You ready? 25:44 Speaker 1 All right, let's let's do this. We can do this in under a minute. You ready? Take a pen and paper and write down a number. 25:50 Speaker 3 I don't have a pen and paper. 25:53 Speaker 1 Use your phone. Use your phone. Type in your phone. I'm going to go there right now and I'm going to look at your screen and I'm going to tell you the number. 26:00 Speaker 3 How many digits? 26:02 Speaker 1 Whatever you want. I mean, I'm, I'm literally looking over your stroller in a few minutes so I'll be able to tell you. 26:06 Speaker 3 All right, go ahead. You ready? Yep. 26:09 Speaker 1 Hold on, I'm walking into your bedroom. I'm walking up behind you, 6749. 26:19 Speaker 3 No 178369. 26:21 Speaker 1 Ten. I was close though. 26:23 Speaker 3 Yeah, just got to keep trying a little more, do some more astral projection, do some more, do some. You need to look up guided astral projection on YouTube. And next time you go to sleep, just do that. It'll work, It'll work. It takes a while, it's hard and you got to keep your mind. It's very taxing on your mind, kind of like shrooms. 26:40 It is. It's draining, mostly draining. 26:42 Nicole Curtis, Paula Deen, and Cancel Culture But anyway, we're going into Billy Dosa Dom. 26:46 Speaker 2 News What's your daily dosa 27:10 Speaker 3 Chuck sent me this today and I'd already was going to talk about it. Exclusive HGTV star Nicole Curtis apologize after video shows her using N word Michigan native. Yep. So she's got she's got the she's got the card. And HGDHGTV star Nicole Curtis has apologized after a video of her working on the House surfaced of her using a racial slur and her long running house rehab show polled. 27:34 She said oh fart Kaniga without the K. And she added the ER at the end, which is bad apparently still nowadays, but she's now lost her TV show for it. And once again, this just reminds me how much I am so glad I don't work for fucking anybody. 27:51 Because if I wanted to, I could say it right now. There'd be no repercussions. There wouldn't be, I promise you that. But for her to slip up and say it, I mean, I don't really think it's a big deal. I mean, it's not like like she was calling someone, you know, an N word or anything like that. It was just, you know, she's she probably had a, you know, very conservative, old school style father that probably said it all the time. 28:10 And, you know, she probably heard it a lot and then she realized it was bad to say. But they still use it in their vocabulary. So I don't think it's that big of a deal. But it's kind of crazy how you say one word, you make one mistake, then they pull your entire TV show because the blacks would just freak the fuck out if this girl was still on TVI guess. 28:27 I mean, I don't know how many people, how many black folks are watching HGTVII find that's more of a Lima bean style white person that watches that the personality of a Lima Bean is what I'm saying that what very, very, very white people for the most part watch that show. 28:43 So I'm just very confused, confused on why it's such a big deal. Chuck, do you know why it's such a big deal? 28:49 Speaker 1 I was going to get into it, but then you totally change the mind thought process with what I was going to talk about when you said black people don't watch AGHGTV. In what world have you? Why? Why do you say that? 29:05 And and before you answer, please God, I know you. I know you say like I can say whatever I want and nobody's going to care. This is one of those moments, Brandon, where I do need you to think about what you're going to say. 29:14 Speaker 3 They don't. They don't renovate a whole lot of bandos. 29:16 Speaker 1 Why would you say that? 29:20 Speaker 3 They know, but in general, I'm just saying it's it's it's very white people. Tvi mean you don't see it's all white people on the on the network in the my. 29:28 Speaker 1 Buddy, my buddy, my buddy was on it and he was, he's black. He was on it. 29:32 Speaker 3 What? What? What was he doing? Was he getting his house renovated by white people? 29:35 Speaker 1 No, he's the guy that won the the lottery and he was on my lottery dream home. 29:40 Speaker 3 Yeah, but that's not a renovative. 29:41 Speaker 1 TV show. Oh, you. Oh, OK. Oh, you're just saying the renovation. I don't you know what? I shouldn't agree with you because I don't know why that would make any difference. OK, going back to what we got into here, she said the word referring to an inanimate object. 29:59 It makes zero sense to me is. 30:01 Speaker 3 That a train. 30:03 Speaker 1 It's my text messages. I don't know how to silence them. I did silence them. It makes zero sense to me that you can get in that much trouble for using a slur improperly and everyone's up in arms about this meaning if I was to call you and only you that phrase, would people get just as angry with me as if I called it to a different ethnicity? 30:36 Speaker 3 Yeah, see, that's the problem is they get butt hurt about it. You could call me about it, but we're not even talking about you. We're not referring to a black person at all. So I don't know why you're butting into this conversation, but yeah, I mean, I don't see a problem with it. I mean, it's 2026. I mean, I think we can say pretty much what we want. 30:52 You can either say it all the time or none. It's kind of, it's a odd, it's a odd situation. It's the only word in the world that is accepted as you can't say it by like the political part. I mean any other words you can fucking say for the most part. I mean, I don't know any other word that's off the table besides the N word. 31:11 Speaker 1 I think, I think a lot of people would put the F word in there with that fuck no faggot. OK, well, there it is. Yep, that's the one. I would say that would be very offensive. But again, if if you're referring to me as that or in this situation, a light bulb, right, If you look at a light bulb, you're like you whatever. 31:35 I mean, I don't understand. I just don't. I don't get it. I don't get it. I mean, it's one of those things, I think that she should just been able to come out and be like, hey, I'm sorry. 31:42 Speaker 3 Oopsies. 31:42 Speaker 1 I apologize to the light bulb community, and I'll never call another light bulb the N word, right? But no, we got to ruin somebody's life and ruin somebody's career because they said a word and they weren't even pointing it at a a demographic. 31:56 Speaker 3 Yeah, didn't know Paula Deen getting told for this too. She said it back in the day and then it resurfaced or tweets or was it Paula Deen or was it the other other Southern cooking? 32:04 Speaker 1 Lady it it was Paula Deen, Martha Stewart. Martha Stewart. She went to. 32:08 Speaker 3 Federal prison for tax evasion, right? 32:09 Speaker 1 That's right. Yeah, She was the tax evasion lady. Paula Deen's the one that said it. But she, dude, she bounced back. She's like, she's like got her own. I don't know. She has her own show again. 32:21 Speaker 3 Paula Deen or Martha Stewart? 32:23 Speaker 1 Paula Deen bounced back. I've seen her a lot. All right, so she admitted in 2013 to using racial slurs, but I don't know if they got her videotape doing it. Dude, she just admitted to it. What an idiot. 32:40 Yeah, dude, she so Dean May she makes money. A federal discrimination lawsuit against her and her son because it was against her. A guy named Earl Bubba Hires, claims a hostile work environment. 32:57 The lawsuit accuses Dean of racial harassment and contends hires view pornography. And of this hires guy who looked at pornography. In a deposition taken last month, Dean admitted using the N word. When asked if she had used the racial slurs, she said of course I have, probably you. 33:14 Speaker 3 See my show Almost Southern lady. Southern white lady Who cooks? All right, we all say it, damn it. 33:20 Speaker 1 Probably not the right answer. I don't care if you're being deposed. Maybe you don't say. Of course, you know you just maybe the right answer would have been unfortunately, maybe I have right, but you don't. 33:33 Speaker 3 There's my prayers. 33:36 Speaker 1 33:36 Speaker 1 There's nobody. There's nobody in the history of America. I don't care who you are. I don't care if you're liberal, conservative, white, black, Hispanic. There's no one that has spent their entire life on this planet over the age of 18, I say 20, that hasn't used every word available to you in the English language. 33:56 I. 33:56 Speaker 3 Mean you start doing that at 13 years old as a child or as a as. 33:59 Speaker 1 A boy. Yeah. You're all of them. Yeah. You're telling me that there's somebody out there that was like, they're at 13 years old. They heard that word and they were like, I'm never going to use that. I mean, even if you hadn't, and even if you haven't used it, you've thought of it. 34:13 Speaker 3 Just rolls off the tongue though. It's just it's. 34:15 Speaker 1 Just no, it does not. No it does not. That is the worst. Don't say that I I I just think that this whole thing is, it's this is the best dumb news story you've had in a long time is because this is dumb. And, and you know what I was thinking? Who, who, who would pick her up? HGHGTV candor. 34:31 She says she's sorry she reforms herself right, because she'll never call a light bulb that again. What does Fox Fox pick her up? 34:39 Speaker 3 Newsmax, probably. 34:41 Speaker 1 Newsmax, maybe she starts her own podcast. You know what we got to do is we got to get this girl on the show. 34:45 Speaker 3 Yeah, we could. I mean, I'm sure, sure she there's probably, there probably is a lot of people asking her. I mean, she's probably not going on The Breakfast Club, I'll tell you that. But she'll probably come on our show. 34:53 Speaker 1 But if she comes on our show, it's probably going to hurt her worse. 34:56 Speaker 3 I don't think so. I think it'll help her because we don't give a fuck. 34:58 Speaker 1 Well, yeah, but then people, when she does say she's sorry, they're going to be like, well, she was on this show. And this guy, Brandon, have you heard what he says? You know what I mean? She doesn't be affiliated with you. Yeah. 35:07 Speaker 3 Maybe she don't know all that. You know, it might help her then you know, I'll just be like, I don't give a fuck. I'll sit it, I'll sit it. 35:14 Speaker 1 I don't think it's good for her, but we'll still try to get her on and see how see how that plays. 35:21 Speaker 3 Oh, man. 35:21 Lady Hervey, Epstein, and Controversial Figures OK, All right. Well, up next, Lady Victoria Hervey was right. In her world, if you weren't partying with the Epstein gang, you were a loser. She said he knew everybody. That was very powerful. 35:37 So if you were on the scene and you were powerful, to be honest, if you're not in those files, it would be an insult because it just means you were a bit of a loser. Now, I have no. Do you know who Lady Victoria Hervey is? No, I don't know either. Let me look her up. But I guess she was in these files. 35:55 Victoria, Victoria, her. She's a model and a social socialite. Does that mean she's just like a social butterfly? 36:03 Speaker 1 I guess, yeah. 36:05 Speaker 3 She's the daughter of 6 Marquis of Bristol, half sister of seven Marquis and sister of eight. Was this some fucking British bullshit? I think so. All right. So really, her opinion doesn't matter at all to begin with. But what I will say is I partly agree with her. 36:20 I mean, I think Epstein, besides all the bad shit he did, you know, he's probably like 95% of him was probably cool. He's probably cool dude to hang out with, a cool dude to be around -5% of him doing all the weird stuff, eating babies and molesting children and raping. But the other 95%, I would say, I mean, because if you think about it now, if, if, if all this stuff didn't come out or if he didn't, if he never did it, I mean, he'd probably be the coolest guy on the planet, correct? 36:44 Speaker 1 Yeah, I guess. I mean, I'm looking right now at the list of people that were named in the Epstein files. Who you got? Yeah. You're not going to know this guy. Andrew Montbotton Windsor. Nope. He was a former Prince. Next would be Sarah Ferguson, who we all know is the Duchess of York. 37:03 Next Elon Musk. 37:05 Speaker 3 Oh yeah, he tried his hardest to get on that island. 37:07 Speaker 1 Richard Branson, the owner of Virgin. Donald Trump. 37:13 Speaker 3 Yeah, OK. Bill Clinton figured that, Yeah. 37:16 Speaker 1 Steven Tisch, who is the New York Giants co-owner. 37:20 Speaker 3 Oh yeah, he came out. He's like. 37:21 Speaker 1 Oh, God damn it. Casey Wasserman, who is the president of the Olympic Committee? Yeah, Ahud Barack, who is the former Israeli Prime Minister, Larry Summers, who is Clinton's former Treasury Secretary, Howard Lutnick, President Trump's commerce secretary, Sergey Brin, the billionaire Google Co founder Steve Bannon, the one time advisor to Trump, do the list goes on and on. 37:50 These. I'll be honest. Yeah, I think that person's accurate. If you're if you, if you see that, if you see those people, if I tell you, hey, Brandon, we're going to have a party with these folks, right? And you don't know anything about Epstein? Epstein never existed. 38:05 Are you coming to that party? 38:06 Speaker 3 Hell yeah. 38:07 Speaker 1 We'd have a sponsor in like 10 minutes, yeah. 38:11 Speaker 3 Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I mean, I think, you know, that's, that's the thing about, you know, when someone does something, you know, that's people don't like, that's all they talk about. That's all they discussed. They're like, well, everything else he did just goes out the window, kind of like the same thing as Hitler. I mean, he had a lot of good ideas. He had a, you know, he was a good leader, but the the 10% of him, you know, with the Jews things and that's still up in the air and that's out for out at the jury and we don't quite know what all happened there and whatnot. 38:36 So but that's what people just look at him as just like, hey, the 10% of bad you did do. That's what we're gonna remember you as and whatnot, not the 90% of good you did for Germany and you did for Europe over there and the German people. It's only the 10% about the the Jews and the killing and, you know, being on meth and fucking attacking everybody. 38:54 Then I remember about the good stuff, you know, so it's Epstein, you know, he probably had a lot of cool things to do. He probably, the island was probably awesome. You know, he probably had some fun stuff to do out there. But it's just that 5% that always gets you. And that's what no matter, no matter how perfect you are, you could be 99% perfect. 39:10 You fucking, I don't know, you accidentally shoot an illegal immigrant. I mean, there you are. You fucking now. You're fucking a terrible person in the eyes of the left. 39:18 Speaker 1 I just want to go on record stating that I in no way, shape or form agree with Brandon's statement that he just made and I think I've seen was more than 5%. Not good 10. I'm going to say 90. 39:31 Speaker 3 That's OK. If he wasn't Jewish then how much that the 90% you're thinking of because he's Jewish? 39:36 Speaker 1 No, it's not OK. Again, I want to make sure that everyone knows I have No, that is that is 100% inaccurate. What Brandon just said. I think I've seen was a terrible human being and just like Hitler, who did not have 90% good in their heart, I would say there's 10% good because all of us as humans have good in us. 39:55 But they were terrible human beings. They did terrible atrocities. And I do not agree with anything that Brandon just said, nor do I want to be associated with it. But yeah, so. 40:05 Speaker 3 You can't agree that Hitler made Germany great. 40:10 Speaker 1 What? No, I'm not a what are you talking about? How did he didn't make he, he ruined the country. 40:15 Speaker 3 He got them all out of poverty, man. He everyone had homes and the businesses were flourishing and he kicked the Jews out and he got rid of which in turn got rid of all the the porn that the Jews were bringing and all the trans shit that. 40:25 Speaker 1 They were when he started, he started concentration camps. Everybody's poor. When you cut the population by 1,000,000 by millions of people and you redistribute the wealth, that's why no. 40:34 Speaker 3 No, no, no, no, no. 40:34 Speaker 3 No, no, no, no, no. Good God. Also, you want to really talk about that? They've done research on the so-called gas chambers and there's no, there's no. 40:43 Speaker 1 Stop. 40:45 Speaker 3 Stop these bricks at. 40:47 Speaker 1 All Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh, OK, move on. I'm not. 40:52 Speaker 3 Denying it, I'm just saying it was a much smaller. 40:54 Speaker 1 Scale. It doesn't matter if it was one or a billion, it still happened. What? Why? Why? What are you? Are you OK moving on? 41:05 Speaker 3 OK, all right. Well, yeah, So HGTV, you can't say the N word anymore, apparently, or you get fired. News to me anymore. 41:12 Speaker 1 Anymore. Oh my God, what is wrong with you? 41:16 Speaker 3 Today, I don't know, man. We're just trying to get back to a honorable country. We can just. 41:21 Speaker 1 Say a word, Jesus Christ. 41:24 Speaker 3 And if you weren't on the Epstein list, you weren't cool because 90% of them was cool. I'm guessing 10% was bad. You know, all the weird cheat he did with kids and the fact that he was Jewish. But besides that, they could have been cool to hang out with. But maybe, maybe in 20 years, whenever, if I ever get abducted by Israeli special forces, I'll see him again in Tel Aviv. 41:43 Speaker 1 I'll see him from other countries. Now you're talking, now that can happen. I'll I'll tell you if he's there. 41:49 Speaker 3 No, I'll tell you if he's in Tel Aviv. 41:51 Speaker 1 No, I'm I'm jumping on you getting abducted by Israeli. 41:53 Speaker 3 Forces. Yeah, fuck those Israelis. 41:57 Speaker 1 The first, the first red carpet appearance we make it to, they're like, we'd like to give the award for the greatest podcast of all time to the Daily Dose Show with Brandon and Chuck. And I'm here to accept the award is just Chuck. I'll be like, I'd like to thank Israel for all you've done for us and for me now being the sole proprietor of this show. 42:19 Oh. 42:20 Speaker 3 You you'd get the show shut down so quickly if you said that. 42:23 Speaker 1 What? What? Thank you to. 42:25 Speaker 3 Israel, yeah. 42:25 Speaker 3 Israel, yeah. Oh, yeah. It's not, not you can't say that right now. That's bad. All the people that listen would be very, very mad. 42:31 Speaker 1 No they wouldn't. Nobody cares. 42:35 Speaker 3 Yeah, but when you stand up on the stage and say it something like that, especially, that's the same thing like when people think Beyoncé, like, thank you, Beyoncé, like what the fuck Beyoncé have to do with it? Because I mean, they're, you know. 42:43 Speaker 1 What you know what? You know what I'm going to think? Who? God, Israel and Beyoncé. 42:49 Speaker 3 Oh man, that's just hurting your Christian brother, right? 42:52 Speaker 1 There, I can't believe. 42:54 Speaker 3 It going against your own kind. That's that's what happens when you when you win the war. You got to go get your own kind. Just throwing the Christians to the wolves. 43:02 Car Accidents and Stereotypes of Immigrant Drivers OK then. All right, good Lord. All right. We'll go and get into what the Chuck. What the Chuck? Yeah. You want to Chuck me? Chuck it real hard. 43:17 Chuck me, Chuck me, Chuck me. Chuck me. I'm full of Chuck. Oh Chuck, Chuck it real. 43:23 Speaker 1 Good. What the Chuck DJ and vision. All right, before we get into what the Chuck today, I do want to say I have an announcement to make. I was going to apologize to all the women drivers out there. I, I was convinced I was wrong. 43:40 And when I'm wrong, I admit it. OK, always. So I took a video today of an accident that I very nearly missed and, and I could not for the life of me figure out how this would happen because it's even better than the last one we had. 43:56 And I was apologizing on the video after I did the apologetic, you know, video comment. Brandon made a statement that brought something to light, so I now must retract my apology. OK, so when we play it, Neil, go ahead. 44:15 So almost had another one just now. This one's actually pretty good because this is men, couple dudes. I don't know how that happens, like, ever in life. But yeah, good job, ladies. 44:32 Not today. So Brandon then points out the video that they are immigrants. 44:40 Speaker 3 Yes, yeah, and I mean the easiest way you can tell. 44:44 Speaker 1 44:44 Speaker 1 Actually, this is men couple dudes. 44:50 Speaker 3 Easiest way you can tell you can tell by their hair and you can tell by the way they're standing. Americans have a lean. This guys not leaning, they put they put equal weight on both feet. The only people in the world that lean or put their body weight on one foot are Americans. We do like a 7030 for the most part of lean against the wall. This guy is perfectly straight up and down. 45:06 You can tell by the hair and a skin tone. Then these two guys are in fact, immigrants. And what I was saying is the immigrants actually get more of a pass because Atlanta is the closest to a third world traffic system. If you've ever been driving anywhere else in the world, it's fucking terrible. I mean, it's God awful. 45:22 I mean, Mexico, there's no lines on the road. You go off the side of the road, you go in the middle of the road, you cut across, you just slam on brakes. You fit in where you get in. Germany's terrible. People just jet out all over the place in front of you. Get a bunch of small gay cars over there too. It's just, it's just it's hell. 45:38 So I would actually give the immigrants more of a pass than women because women have been driving here their entire lives and they still can't figure it out. Immigrants. They thought it was like third world country, which a lot of Atlanta is, but that part looked like you were already on north side or something. 45:53 And that's that's more of the nicer area. If, if you're an immigrant driving, you just stay in downtown. Once you get to the north side, you won't see that shit up there where he lives. All right, because it's it's bad, man. So immigrants I understand, women I don't. 46:06 Speaker 1 I just you're. 46:07 Speaker 3 Just bad drivers I understand. 46:09 Speaker 1 That I just, I just don't understand how these accidents are happening. And every time I look at a car accident, I don't know how to happen. Like, like that car was like almost completely on top of the other car. And it, and my favorite is the two guys are just standing there like test buddies, like, hey, man, isn't that crazy that you just put your car on top of my car? 46:28 And he's all like, yeah, it's weird. You know, no cops anywhere around. Like it just happened. But I just, I do find it interesting now. But even if I ever see one of those and I'm, I'm going to keep my eyes peeled and it's 2 white dudes or 222 American men. I'm stopping and talking to them. 46:44 All right. 46:45 Speaker 3 Yeah, unless it's a Nissan Altima. 46:48 Speaker 1 Oh, I see what you did there. 46:49 Speaker 3 Those are those are everyone that drives a Nissan Altima has no idea what's going on on the road and the driver pull the tag. You better wash the fuck out. That's. 46:57 Speaker 1 That's what I'm scared after seeing all these accidents, man, I'm I'm like, how do we avoid all these drivers? But anyway, ladies. 47:04 Speaker 3 You want to get taken out by a big rig? 47:06 Speaker 1 I tried. I tried. 47:08 Speaker 3 I do too. 47:09 Speaker 1 I no, not to get oh, you do because you want to you want to sue them. I don't want to get hit by anybody. But I did try to apologize to women today and then Brandon ruined my apology so. 47:18 Speaker 3 There we go. Just wanted to make sure you had all the information for you Made a statement. Yeah, your first. 47:23 Speaker 1 Crap, your first comment was are those immigrants? I'm like, what weird comment. And then I started thinking I'm like, you know what they're not from here, so I can't take it back. 47:31 A Shocking Story of Animal Abuse in the Military But anyway, all right, two actually, what the Chuck? So this is interesting. We were talking yesterday about the the Billboard idea and about Brandon holding the cat, me holding 2 rabbits and it made me remember about this dude. And I'm not going to say his name because every time I say a name, cease and desist letters come and I'm, I'm jammed up. 47:49 So, but it was, it was my first, it was my first military assignment. I was at Edwards Air Force Base in California. And I, I was older. I, I think it was probably, I've been there like 3 years. I was an E4 at the time. So I've been there for a little bit. And we had this kid, he, he gets stationary, he's 18 years old, he's an E2, which means, you know, he took ROTC in high school or something. 48:08 So they gave him an extra stripe, but he was just a real knucklehead. Whatever. So he's living in the in the dorms, like most ever all the single guys are living in the dorms. And he meets this young lady at the bar, right? And she was, I don't know, local, whatever. Looking to get out of mommy and daddy's house somehow. 48:25 Speaker 3 What location? 48:26 Speaker 1 Edwards Air Force Base, California and I think it was they met in like California City, CA and she somehow convinces this dude it's a good idea to marry her right? They've been together for like 3 or 4 weeks. You don't and you don't. 48:38 Speaker 3 Really have to convince military dudes to get married though, do you? 48:40 Speaker 1 It's not hard, it's not hard, it's not hard at all. Not this, this guy was ready and willing and he probably had never seen a woman before. He'd probably never been with a young lady. So he was like, yes, I will marry you. So he marries this girl and, and he was moving out of the dorms and we were all like, oh, man, that's crazy. 48:56 That oh almost said his name. So and so is moving out of the dorms. So, so I remember we, we would go to work and he was on our shift and he what they call it flights. He was on our flight and and dude after like a month this dude stunk so freaking bad. 49:12 It was so bad that everybody was complaining about it. Nobody wanted to work the gate with him. Nobody wanted to go to guard mount which was like the meeting before and sit near him Like this dude reeked. He just smelled really really bad. So anyway our our flight Sergeant brings him aside and he goes hey man what's the situation? 49:30 And only reason I know this because I had to drive him once or twice. So he said we can't afford a washer and dryer at his house. What? Yeah, they're completely broke. The dude's making. He's E2. He's probably making 600 bucks a month, you know, but he but he married, but he married this chick, right? 49:46 So anyway, we the flights, the flight starts to hate beginning of each shift. Go with one of the patrolmen. They'll take you to the dormitory and you can do your laundry at the dormitory. Yep, that's about right people here. So anyway, so Oh my God, he's so loud. 50:05 Hey, that's my wife coming in. That's great. Anyway, so, so we take, so we take him over there and, and we're like, you know, this is going on for a few weeks. Dude of us just taking him in, He's doing his laundry. It was kind of like, this is nuts. But he was getting all of his laundry done and to be honest, the smell got a little bit better, but it didn't go away. 50:22 And nobody can understand like why is he still stink, right. So anyway, our flight Sergeant sees this dude's wife one day walking through base housing and she's like crabbing cats from base housing. Like, she's picking them up. She's yeah, yeah. 50:37 Because there was wild animals everywhere, like dogs like, or whatever. 50:37 Because there was wild animals everywhere, like dogs like, or whatever. It's the Mojave Desert. But she's picking up cats. She's rescuing these cats. So anyway, he goes to this this guy and he goes, hey, man, he's like, you know, I saw your wife picking up cats. He's like, oh, yeah, she takes them to a shelter, right? He's like, OK, whatever. 50:54 So anyway, this goes on for a while. Dude's still stinking, but he's doing his laundry. Nobody can figure out like why this dude stinks so bad 50. 51:04 Speaker 3 Cats. 51:05 Speaker 1 So dude, so finally somebody, I guess it was one of the neighbors, I don't know how the call came in. Somebody anonymously reported that they were abusing animals, right? And and so anyway, they go to this kid and they're like, hey, you know, this, we got this report, we need to look into it. 51:23 Would you mind taking us to your house and letting us, you know, look in your home? And he's like, yeah, that's fine. And he's like, can I call my wife first? You know, this is before the time everybody had a cell phone. And the flight sergeant's like, no, no, no, no, no, we, we, you know, don't call your wife. We just need you to take us in and show us your house. 51:39 So without telling his wife, this dude takes the flight Sergeant, our first Sergeant and all these different, you know, powers that be or whatever to his house. Just search his home because of the report of animal cruelty, right? 51:54 Guess what they found inside the house? 50 cats. So there, I don't know how many cats there were, but I know there was 2 dead dogs in the bathtub. Oh my God. And one of the cats had been chewed, like, eaten by one of the dogs. And it was like blood, like, all over the freaking bathroom. 52:12 And, and the kid just totally acted like it was normal. Like they walked in and they like, there's two dead dogs in the bathtub. And this cat's like, tore to pieces. And the freaking flight sergeant's like, what's this? And he's like, oh, yeah, we had a couple dogs and they were attacking the cats. 52:27 We had to put them down. He put him, he put him down in the tub. Like I don't know if he drowned him. I don't know how he killed him, but he do this anyway. So they do this huge investigation. His wife leaves him, right, because he didn't want to be. I don't know, because they were looking into her and her actions with all these cats and killing dogs. 52:47 And then they finish it. They blame the wife essentially for all of it. So this dude's like not getting in any real trouble, right? And then he, I'll never forget we're talking. And he said, hey, man, I think I'm thinking I'm going to re enlist. That was on you. They're going to let you reenlist. He's like, yeah, why not? 53:02 So he submitted the paperwork to reenlist and they denied his reenlistment, but that's all that happened. But I'll never forget like with that guy when we're talking yesterday about the freaking billboard and saving animals, I was like, dude, that's the, that's the only time I've ever been involved in like an animal cruelty thing. I wasn't even involved. I just knew about it. 53:18 But dude, that I just. I'll never forget that smell for the rest of my life. 53:24 Speaker 3 It was legal back then, wasn't it? What killing? 53:26 Speaker 1 Dogs. 53:27 Speaker 3 Yeah, animal cruelty. 53:29 Speaker 1 No. What do you think I was? What do you think? I was born in the 60s. No, I don't. I think animal cruelty's been a thing for like, Oh my God, there's been lost in animal cruelty since like the 40s, right? 53:39 Speaker 3 It was like a real loose misdemeanor. Trump changed it in his first term to a felony animal abuse. But that's what I meant by it wasn't that. Like if it would have happened nowadays, I think they would have been like they would have had like a couple felonies on them. 53:50 Speaker 1 Oh yeah, yeah, I can see that. But this was California, so I'm surprised. Become an offense in California because California is freaking. They're pretty strict on that kind of stuff. All right, so animal cruelty laws began to take shape during the late 19th century. 54:11 Speaker 3 Oh wow, look at that. 54:11 Speaker 3 Oh wow, look at that. Can't just be eating your dogs anymore. 54:14 Speaker 1 Nope, that's OK. 2016 is when it became a felony. 54:20 Speaker 3 Yeah, yeah, Trump changed that in his first term. I remember that. But before that, there was a misdemeanor. And I think you could like you killed like 3 dogs, 2 cats and iguana and you were like, OK. 54:30 Speaker 1 I'm telling you this, dude, when they told us the story and I'll never like, we were all like talking to the flight Sergeant. We're like, so how bad was, you know, so and so's house? And he's like, dude, I've never seen him like it. And I had a pretty dirty place too. I mean, I remember I told you I used to catch cockroaches and I'd put them in Ziploc bags and tack them to the wall where I caught them. 54:50 And then I'd write, I'd write the date on the bag so we could see how long they could live in a Ziploc bag before they died. And they would live for a month just in a Ziploc bag with nothing. And so I I had that in my house, which was disgusting, but I wasn't killing cats and dogs. 55:06 Speaker 3 Yeah, you were. You were a couple months away from doing that. 55:08 Speaker 1 Probably I got I got freaking cats hanging up in garbage bags all around my house. 55:15 Speaker 3 Yeah, a bunch of weird mofos over there and Edwards Air Force babe. 55:19 Speaker 1 Fucking it works. 55:20 Speaker 3 On the wall and fucking drowning dogs in the bathtub and marrying chicks when you got $600 a month. That's fucking ridiculous. That's crazy because I guess if so he was, he was having to spend more money than right, because if you're living in the the like the, the regular housing, right and that paid for. 55:34 Speaker 1 Yeah, so they give you, if you move off base, they give you Bah, which is your your basic allowance for housing. So I think, I think in California it was pretty good. It was probably like 1000 bucks extra a month. But to move off base and find something that you could live in that was nice for 1000 bucks a month was very, very difficult. 55:52 So they were living in like a pretty sketchier California city was kind of. So he was living there. But unfortunately for him, I think it was townhouses where he lived. You know, people can hear you when you're murdering dogs. So it's kind of unfortunate for him that he was living with people so close. 56:10 They were like, I think they're committing animal cruelty. And they're like, why? He's like, well, I've heard them drowning several puppies, I mean. 56:16 Speaker 3 Be like, how many, how many screeches have you heard? Like 2? Be like, all right, but when it gets to three, we can do something about it. 56:21 Speaker 1 So crazy, but I thought it was funny that he didn't even get in trouble. She's, I mean, essentially she took the fall for all of it because the dogs chewed her cat up and I'm like, God. 56:31 Speaker 3 Fucking. 56:31 Speaker 1 Crazy, man crazy. 56:33 Military Cheating Scandal and Final Podcast Remarks That's why you don't marry someone right off the bat when you get in the military, it's bad, bad, bad, bad. I would I would like to see how many people that are that enlisted and got married right away. How many are still with that spouse? I would say it's a very low percentage. 56:45 Speaker 1 56:45 Speaker 1 No, because these guys are idiots. I told you about this. I'm not going to say his name either. I told you about the guy that when I was in Saudi Arabia and freaking and he found out his wife was cheating on him. I found out. I got told everything and and they're like, yeah, this is what's going on. I just saw her last night. 57:01 She was at the club. She went home with this guy. This is a third night in a row. Like she is hoeing out. So I told the guy, hey, man, you need to get to the bottom of this dude. You got to get the bottom of this. So he calls his wife, comes out, we're playing flag football in the desert, and he's like, hey, can I talk to you? And I'm like, oh, dude, here it goes. 57:17 You know, I'm ready to like, hug him and, like, console him. And I said, what happened? He goes, you were right. She's been cheating on me. And I was like, oh, dude, I'm so sorry, man. Like, you know, what can I do? He's like nothing. And I was like, all right, what do you need? I mean, you know, like, you needed a lawyer. Do you need to divorce her while you're over here? Because I got a little history in that. 57:34 And he was like, no, I think I'm good. 57:34 And he was like, no, I think I'm good. I was like, what are you going to do? He's like, I will talk about it when we get home. When I get home, my bro that's four months away. What do you you're going to talk to her when you get home? And he's like, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm like, you're going to divorce her, right? And he's like, I don't know, you know, we'll talk. That dude last I saw on Facebook, still with her. 57:52 Speaker 3 Oh my God, she was loaded up with probably 15 different rounds of semen too. Oh my God, still tripping out when he got home. Man, she's probably using those little shop vacs sucking it out before you walked in the door. 58:03 Speaker 1 There's no repercussions. She knew he was a freaking. What are those guys called that are into that? What? 58:10 Speaker 3 CUCK. 58:11 Speaker 1 Yeah, that's what so she knew like that that because he was they're still. 58:15 Speaker 3 Married. 58:16 Speaker 1 Yeah. And Oh my God, the craziest thing. Yeah, they have like 3 kids. Oh my God. And the craziest thing is I'll never like when he told me that his wife cheated on him and he found out and we're playing flag football. One of my other buddies, Louis Pozo, he's over there and he's like, yo dude, you want to come play? And he's like, yeah, sure. 58:33 I'm like, and I'm never standing there like playing defense going like I can't believe I'm playing defense on this guy. He's found out his wife been cheating on him for freaking three months. Like what's going on? It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen in my life. And, and when he dude, when Facebook became a thing, he was probably because, you know, when Facebook became a thing, there was like, I had a list, right, of like 10 people that I was like, I got to befriend that person. 58:53 I. 58:53 Speaker 3 Got to figure out what they're doing. 58:54 Speaker 1 Yeah, like either they were putting on a lot of weight last time you saw him. You're like, I got to see how that played out or, you know, they they cheated a lot. You're like, I got to see if they're still with him. He was top ten. And when I found him, I was like, Oh my God, you know what? I I bet you I can pull up his wife at least. I don't want to show there. 59:10 Speaker 3 Does he live around here? 59:12 Speaker 1 I don't know where he ended up after he left California. 59:15 Speaker 3 Yeah, so Bob, I say always his brother. He was up there at Edwards Air Force Base for a while, but they shipped him out to South Korea. Did you ever have to go to South Korea with Air Force? 59:23 Speaker 1 No, because I went to, I went to England, so I I didn't have to go on a OK, I got a picture of her. This is an old picture. Can I show this you think? 59:34 Speaker 3 59:34 Speaker 3 Yeah, that's OK. It's fine. Oh my God, people will rail on her. 59:43 Speaker 1 That's what I'm saying. 59:45 Speaker 3 Oh, she picked him up from the Special Olympics. What's? 59:46 Speaker 1 Going on here, it wasn't even like it wasn't even like like one of those like if she's like a like if you're a four and she's a 12, you know what I mean? It's like they're both fours. So I'm just over here like what are you? What are you doing? Like I don't I couldn't I couldn't wrap my brain around like what are you doing? 1:00:03 But. Yeah, good for him, man. He. 1:00:05 Speaker 3 Like there's plenty more fours that aren't whores out there, man. Find another. Not whore 4. But yeah, I don't know. So it's that's crazy. Yeah. Leave your wife. She's cheating on you. Leave your wife. OK. 1:00:16 Speaker 1 Now, now I'm actually now I'm a little concerned because I just showed you that picture and I'm trying to make is that was that her? I'm a little worried now. What if I showed you the wrong girl? 1:00:25 Speaker 3 I don't think anyone's going to look around or find her, do we? 1:00:27 Speaker 1 Do not get in trouble for that. 1:00:29 Speaker 3 No, no, you'll be OK. All right. If you want to suit you on our radio, podcast or Spotify, we sure lose 5 star. If you had a follow, if you saw that picture, just pretend like you didn't and don't do any research about anybody like that. So it's going to be a good weekend. It's going to be great. Chuck, you got anything from Get on Adios. 1:00:52 Speaker 1 Please don't send me a letter. I don't want any more letters. 1:00:56 Speaker 3 Also there's a letter about the 15 liter cum dumpster I was either.
