My name is Brandon Thrasher. The Daily Dose show over there is Chuck Arvis. How you doing? 0:31 Speaker 1 I I'm doing good. I do not have a hobo disease. I will tell you that I've never had so many people yell at me as at about 0:48 What happened? And they said did you purell your hands? And I said no. 0:53 Speaker 2 I know you're walking up to be with a hot dog in your hand, like, oh, it's 6 fucking fireballs deep with a light in your hand. Like I got a hot dog. I'm like, why is that in your fucking hand? Dude? You've been touching homeless people. You're really about to eat that. And he's like, oh shit, I didn't think about that. So you about got a hobo disease. 1:08 But I don't know. I was trying to my best to keep my hands purelled in between. I know right there towards the end when I was eating a hamburger, Othell came up and told me goodbye and I had a had a knuckle on with my right fist and I didn't touch my burger for the rest of the time with my right hand. I'm like God, Othell, damn it. 1:22 Speaker 1 No, dude, Othell was so sweet. He was a beautiful man. I I just wanted to put him in my pocket and take him home. 1:28 Speaker 2 1:28 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, I liked his drip. He had a nice outfit and he made sure to show him shoes every time. And they got really, really short memory spans I've noticed. 1:37 Speaker 1 Yeah, did you see? Did you see his dance moves? 1:41 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah. When Tim was performing up there. 1:43 Speaker 1 Yeah, he's like, I'm 74 years old. I'm like, OK, well, I guess when you're not white You Can Dance until you're 80. That's a beautiful thing, His. 1:51 Speaker 2 Story was crazy too. I don't know how true it was, but he told me that he he got a girl pregnant and then he had two daughters and then he spent all his money. He said he had hundreds of thousands of dollars and he spent all his money on his daughters and they became lawyers. And I'm like, oh, OK, well why'd they leave that? 2:07 I got out here in the street then. I didn't ask him that because I figured that would have been like a hour long conversation. But I think they fabricate some of their stories. 2:14 Speaker 1 Yeah, I, I will say is, you know, because to go back a little bit, you know, you guys all know that we did the, the Super Bowl party with the homeless people. If you're new to the show, right, you're like, what the heck are these guys talking about, right? the Super Bowl party was a huge success. We did it with the homeless population down in Atlanta. We expected, to be honest, Brandon knows. 2:32 I told him 40 people. I would have been very happy with 40 folks out there. 2:32 I told him 40 people. I would have been very happy with 40 folks out there. And when I was getting the meat and all the food, I said I'm going to get enough food for 300 people. That's where I draw the limit. There's no way we're going to have 300 people. So we get out there, we set everything up. I think we had, what do you think, Brandon? 2:50 8 guns in attendance. 2:52 Speaker 2 Yeah, they were floating around. Yeah, Chuck had his, like, his little YN bag, a little sling that all the rappers like to wear in the Y NS and he had his gun in there. Thank God he wasn't wearing it like a Fanny pack. I was like, last thing we need is these homeless guys to call us gay. That'd be terrible. That'd be awful. 3:06 Speaker 1 So, so, yeah, I wore it as cool as I could, but yeah, so we're out there. We set everything up. We had great volunteers. I, I, I can't even tell you guys. Linda Finney, her husband Chris Eppling, Michael Germany, his wife Tara Crane. I don't want to say crazy Mark. 3:23 Who else was a good volunteer? 3:24 Speaker 2 Rocky was there as a security. 3:26 Speaker 1 Oh, my God. And he was drinking the whole time, which is the best kind of security. A homeless party. Mike Langley, Sarah Penley. I mean, my God, you guys, the the volunteers were great. So all you guys, I got to get that out now before I forget, we could not have done this without you. You guys were amazing. We love you. Thank you for that, Jose. 3:42 All you guys were great. So we get out there, we set everything up and I'm like, I don't know, dude. Like we weren't really getting a lot of a lot of interest at 5. Like it was people just walking by like giving us weird looks and whatever, right? I mean, did you think that we were going to be bombing at the Super Bowl party? 3:57 Speaker 2 No, I mean, I mean when you first set up an event, you know, no one ever gets there. That was like when we did it fucking the last one, we did a new realm. It was like nobody was there at 4:14 But no, I mean, I figured it would, you know, we, we predicted it would be kind of like The Walking Dead and that's kind of what it was. Once the music started firing up, you know, the sound draws them in. And then the, the TV drew him in and then the smell of food drew him in too. And a lot of people, as soon as you know, they'd ask me like, how much did the hot dog? 4:30 I was like, oh, it's free, man. You have, you can have a hot dog go over there and get that. Really. But no, it was, I think the first guy I talked to was Othell and his buddy that was there with them and he had a, he Othell's like, hey man, you got, you got a book bag. I'm like, what? 4:46 He's like a book bag. 4:46 He's like a book bag. I'm like, oh, a book bag is like he turns around, he's got one on. I'm like, Nah, I ain't got a book bag. He's like this guy, He needs something to hold his stuff in. And this dude had like the thinnest fucking trash bag, one of those clear ones that like a shitty like as soon as you put like 2 pieces of tissue in there, it fucking rips. And I'm like standing there looking at it. 5:02 I was like, oh, now I ain't got a book bag man. But we got some better trash bags than that. If you want one. He's like, Oh no, it'll be OK 'cause I was going to get a. 5:09 Speaker 1 Little trash bag. Yeah, we got better trash bags. Chris Zeppelin brought a trash bag out that you could put a car in, and I'm not kidding, it was so big. Mark got in it and we could close it over his head. That's how big that trash bag was. I don't know where he got it. What's it even for? 5:24 Probably. 5:25 Speaker 2 Like bodies or something, or leaves. 5:28 Special Guest Kendra's Performance and John's Conversion to Christ All right, so we obviously had a lot go on last night, Brandon. I got it. We got to do this because I know it's going to be different. I want you to think of your four favorite moments from last night, OK? And we're going to go back and forth and share each of our four favorite homes. 5:46 Speaker 2 I think one of my one of my favorites was that Lady Kendra. So this lady Kendra pulls up in the parking lot, right? And she's big old woman, I mean, 400 lbs probably. She can barely walk. And she said she was learning to walk again. I don't know what happened to how she forgot, but she was, she was relearning, you know, she found it. 6:03 And then as she was trying to remember how to do it, but she pulls up in the parking lot in this raggedy car. You know, I'm like, all right, I thought she was about to plow us over. I thought it'd be about to be a terrorist event. You know, I was like that. That'd be fitting for downtown Atlanta, some kind of act of violence. But no, she pulled up. 6:19 She pulls in. She's. I see Tara over there talking to her, leaning in the car. I stick my head in to talk to her. It smelled really bad in there. Shut. 6:25 Speaker 1 Up, dude, shut up. All these people are our listeners now. You got to be careful. 6:28 Speaker 2 I don't think so. They could. They couldn't find it. 6:31 Speaker 1 A lot of them did, yeah. They're like, which one are you, Mike? Really. 6:36 Speaker 2 Could figure it out, but the car, it was a little rough, but apparently she pulled in and she had smacked her oil pan on the on the the ground. The parking lot was shit like every other road and parking lot in Atlanta, but it was it was terrible. And she apparently couldn't turn the car off, which didn't make any sense. 6:51 But the last thing I wanted to do was touch anything on that car because something happened. You already know. Oh, wait, you broke my car. What are you doing? You broke my car. I'm like, I ain't dealing with that. Chuck even went to send a mic over there and he's like, I ain't touching that car. Fucking registration ain't been good in two years. Wear A tag on it too. 7:07 Like what in the hell? Like so anyway, she's telling us that she's a singer, a performer and also a comedian. I'm like, OK. And she wanted to sing a song so she but she got there at the beginning and we ran out of time for pre game show so she had to wait till halftime. 7:23 But she sat there. We got her over to to sing and when I brought her back and I sat her down, man, I mean, my hands were soaked. I mean, I was like, oh God. 7:31 Speaker 1 It was bad. What? 7:33 Speaker 2 Yeah, I ran straight over to the hand sanitizer. I just loaded that motherfucker up. I mean, it was dripping. I'll probably use half a bottle. I don't know what kind of liquid this is, but I got to get it off me and I think that's where I got my hobo sickness. 7:45 Speaker 1 I, I can see that the closest I got and, and you know, this one, this one's really good at some point and, and I don't want to get into the food just yet because that's a whole another story. But we're still interacting with all these folks and my 2 fate walk out. I can't all right, we'll get into the guy, the trivia guy in a minute, The porn guy, we'll get into him in a minute. 8:05 But the quick one is me and Brandon are standing there and this guy walks up and Mark's standing next to us and he goes, he goes, Hey, you know, I I want to, I want to give my life to Jesus. And and you know, the whole dyke people were walking up to me and they're like, are you a Deacon? You know you've got more of. 8:21 Speaker 2 Mind you, this guy is walking around the whole night with a shopping cart. I mean, you can hear him coming. He's coming and going. He's coming and going and it's very loud. His name is John. You can hear him. 8:29 Speaker 1 So, so everybody's asking me, are you a Deacon? You know, like you have an aura of God and I'm like, man, this is pretty crazy. Like why am I the only one getting this, you know, but whatever. So he said, you know, I want to give my life to Christ and I don't know how to do it. And I was wondering if you guys would pray with me. 8:45 Speaker 2 Well, you know what he said at 1st and Chuck's like what he thought he said. He give me my last rites. 8:49 Speaker 1 Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. 8:51 Speaker 2 And then somebody actually said, I want to meet or I want to follow Jesus Christ. And Chuck's like your last rites. He's like, no man, you'll be all right. You'll be OK. You're not guy. Don't say that. 8:59 Speaker 1 Yeah, that's right. So he wanted us to, he wanted to give his life to Christ. So, you know, I mean, I'm looking around at the present company and then I'm like, OK, I got Brandon on my left. I got Mark on my left or my right. I don't know who's going to save this guy, but I think I'm probably the best candidate for the task at hand right now. 9:17 So I'm like, OK, like, you know, let's hold hands. So we all hold hands, right? And so we pray for for John and, and, you know, we Dave, just sincere prayer. Everything was, you know, I'm like, dude, this is, I feel good about this. You know, like this guy's giving his life to God. He's going to turn over a new leaf. He's going to do good things in life. 9:30 last night I grabbed a hot dog, put ketchup and mustard on it, went to put it in my mouth and everyone screamed and I said what? 9:33 And as soon as I finish and I'm like, Amen. Mark goes, hey, now you can go do whatever you want. Yeah. 9:41 Speaker 2 He's like John's like, what do I do now? And Mark's like whatever you want, it's. 9:47 Speaker 1 Like, no, that's not how it works, dude. You can't do whatever you want, John. You got to stay on the path. Yeah, we didn't. 9:53 Speaker 2 Just convert him to Judaism, man. We couldn't convert him to Christianity, All right? You know, we're not a Jew. You can't just do whatever you want. 9:58 Speaker 1 I know man. So that was that was one of the funniest points of the night for me with Mark and trying to tell this guy he could essentially go rob banks and he would never go to hell. So that was that was good. Now, Brandon, can you explain? Because there was a little creepy so, and again, I want to say out of 400 people, 8085% of them were one like really, really, genuinely wonderful people. 10:25 And, and I, I really did enjoy spending time with them, talking to them, hearing their stories. They all had good stories and, and a lot of them had really positive attitudes. But there was one guy, and I had very limited interaction with this guy, but the only interaction I had was he looked at me with this weird sinister smile. 10:45 And he opens his jacket and he's got completely naked Hustler centerfolds open, and they're taped all inside of his jacket. And he goes and he shuts it. I was like, what the what was that? 11:00 He goes and he opens it up again and he's just covered in naked pictures. 11:04 Speaker 2 Yeah, he was also making homemade porn. I mean, every time I saw him, he was just pulling out a new flyer, like, have you seen this girl? And it was homemade porn. I was like what the fuck are you doing? 11:11 Speaker 1 So, so then after after I saw that I I was like, OK, this dude's weird. And he goes, hey, you want to see what's in my suitcase? Because he was the only guy there that had two full size travel suitcases. Yeah, literally. 11:21 Speaker 2 He just flew in and he just. 11:23 Speaker 1 Came. Yeah. And he goes, you want to see what's in my suitcase? And I'm like, I mean. 11:27 Speaker 2 Yeah. 11:27 Speaker 1 I do. So he lays it down. He opens it up. Dude, it was busting at the seams with pornographic magazines. I've I've never seen. He must have had 400 pornographic magazines in the suitcase. And I'm sitting there thinking, this dude's Wheeling this around downtown Atlanta and it probably weighs 100 lbs. 11:48 And he's just for what? Like, what do you do with that? You stop on the side of the corner, you empty out all your mags and just sit there and stroke. Like, it was the weirdest thing I've ever seen anybody have. And he was so proud of it. But what was funny is Brandon, he, he, he came up to me and I didn't know it was the same guy. 11:59. And as soon as twelve hits, everybody shows the fuck up. Everybody's right on the dot kind of people, I guess, which if you're on time, you're late, so I don't know what you're doing. Show up 15 minutes early, so you're on time. 12:05 Brandon's like, hey, man, you see that trivia guy? He's weird me out. 12:10 Speaker 2 Yeah, you just come up and ask my hey, can you look up Donald Trump and Stormy Daniels? I'm like, oh, sure. And he's like, yeah, when she's platinum blonde, I was like, you like Stormy Daniels like, oh, yeah. And I'm like, all right, man. And I gotta walk off. And then he he come out, asked me, He's like, hey, so there's 9 gazillion Jillian cities in a county. 12:29 Well, how do you get to the courthouse if you're arrested at the top? I'm like, dude, the courthouse, I looked it up like courthouse is literally 2 blocks. That way if you need to go to the courthouse. Yeah. But what if there's like, I'm like at the city at the top of a county. I'm like, dude, if you're in the same county, you go to the County Courthouse unless you're arrested by Atlanta PD, and then you go to the city of Atlanta. 12:45 And that blew his fucking mind. He did not know. And he's like, well, wait a minute, How many, how many counties are in Georgia? I'm like 163, I believe. He's like, wow, So there's 9 gazillion bazillion cities in each one. I'm like close to that. Yeah. Yeah. But each one has their own courthouse. And he's like. 13:00 Speaker 1 Oh, OK. 13:01 Speaker 2 And then he'd he'd ponder on it for a minute and that that'd be your chance to get away. 13:05 Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah, MM goes. Hey man, if that dude asked me one more time if Morocco's a country or a city, I'm going to beat his ass and give. 13:12 Speaker 2 Me that too. And then I was like, dude, it's a country, North Africa. 13:12 Speaker 2 Me that too. And then I was like, dude, it's a country, North Africa. And I looked it up and showed him and he's like, yeah, but look up the city, Morocco, that one. I don't know what you're talking about. You know, you're just making shit up. You don't watch too much porn and you don't rip your Dick off. Now you don't know what's going on. 13:28 Speaker 1 I walked by and Mike's like, hey man, you need to leave me alone. Leave me alone. And the guy's like and you just walk away. So we so. 13:36 Speaker 2 Crazy. And then so, you know, the bathroom situation, Mark. Oh my God, Mark had promised us that we'd be able to use the the facility inside the Community Center. Well, I already knew as soon as we walked in to go say hey to all the the homeless guys in there. They do the Community Center and wanted nothing to do with us. 13:53 I mean, they hated us more than the city of Atlanta, surprisingly. And I knew there was no way we're going to use the bathroom over there. So the next best thing was the back of Mark's van. So we were all just pissing in the back of Mark's van into cups and then pouring them out. And Mark's, aw, you peed on my tire. I was like, no, I peed in a cup. Then I poured it next to your tire. 14:10 I didn't pee all your tire. Well, one at some point Jose went back there. The motherboard got stuck in the back of the van while 10's recording. I just got a video of him in the background. See Jose just like opened the door and it gets stuck because we just the door was just banging on the fucking the trailer. I don't know, I guess Mark just deals with that all the time. 14:26 But it was just smack on the trailer every time he'd open it. You have to kick that motherfucker open. So I got a video of Jose just trapped in there with a jug of piss trying to get out. It was. 14:35 Speaker 1 Like a 2 gallon jug and it was filled to the. 14:37 Speaker 2 Brim and you got Oh no, Tim wasn't performing. It was that Lady that was performing at the time and you just got on the other side door just yanking this thing trying to get it open. I just thought it was hilarious. Just Jose, just a spanning man emerged from this back of this construction man with a jug full of piss and he can't get out and Tim shanking it open and then towards in tonight. 14:58 Mark's like I walk up. He's like, Ah, you pushed in my trailer. I was like, I peed in the cup. He's like, no, you got it on the floor. I'm like, no, I didn't Mark. I used the fucking cup the entire time and I never got to the at the top. I'm like, we're like, who told you that? He's like Tim told me that I was pee on the floor. Well, Tim was already on by then. 15:13 I was like, well, it was fucking Tim that did it. Then he peed on the floor and then he's like, I better blame someone else real quick for Mark freaks out because he doesn't really know Mark. So he blame me, I guess, or somebody. And then Mike standing there and he's like, I didn't pee on the floor either. And he's like, Oh my God, you were peeing in my van too. 15:30 He's like, why not 5? 15:30 He's like, why not 5? He's freaking out that it was peeing in his van and he had this drop clock down and at the end he's like, now I have to burn this. 15:38 Speaker 1 He did. He got. He threw it away. 15:41 Speaker 2 Yeah, like what the fuck? And then the beginning, when we first got there, I had to piss bad. So I just pissed in the parking lot with my door open. Mark's freaking out. Oh my God, I got to park the tire trailer there. But what do you, what do you do? Are you fucking sleeping with your tires? What are you talking about? Like what? Why does it matter? You know what shit you run over on a daily basis? 15:57 I think it'll be all right, 'cause I got a smile. I'm like, it's one piss Mark, it'll be OK. When? 16:01 Speaker 1 I when I pulled into the parking lot, Tara walks up to me and she goes hey so Brandon already peed in the parking lot and ruined the event. I'm. 16:11 Speaker 2 Like what? 16:12 Speaker 1 She goes, Brandon's already peeing everywhere. He's peeing everywhere. Chuck, he's peeing everywhere. I'm like, really. I look over and everyone's like, Mark's like, he did it. He's peeing. I'm like. 16:20 Speaker 2 Yeah, like it's making the place smell better, honestly. So. 16:24 Brandon's Instacart Profit and the Homeless Hot Dog Hoarder So my favorite, one of my other favorite parts is how Brandon somehow profited off a charity event. So I, I went out before this event and I had some donations, whatever, but I knew, hey, we got to feed 300 people. 16:41 So I thought I got enough food for 300 people and it cost me, I don't know, like $500. It was like 480 something bucks or 450 bucks, whatever, something like that. So very quickly in the night, I think like halfway through the first quarter, when the line is like going down the main road and I'm trying to do a head count, I'm going, OK, that's 100 people. 17:04 It's 150 people. And then I see kids and I'm like, oh God, like, like it's getting bad, right? And I'm like, OK, we're in trouble. Like we're going to be out of food by halftime. So I tell Brandon I'm like, hey, man, you know how to do that Instacart thing. Can you get like 100 hot dogs and 100 bunts? 17:19 So Brandon's like, Oh yeah, yeah, I'll do that. He's like, who's paying for it, you know? And Jose said that. 17:25 Speaker 2 Never said that once. Not once did that come out of. 17:27 Speaker 1 Why did Jose give you Why did Jose give you $100? 17:30 Speaker 2 No fucking clue. 17:30 Speaker 2 No fucking clue. Someone handed me $100, apparently no one else knows how to use Instacart, and $100 given to me and I'm like okay. 17:36 Speaker 1 Nobody knows how to use Instacart, $100 given to Brandon. And then about a couple minutes later, that's when somebody's like, hey, who? Who counted the buns for the hamburgers? And I'm like, that was me. And they're like, yeah, you're an idiot. You're like 28 short. OK, so. So I'm like, oh, my God. So I tell Brandon, I'm like, hey, man, you got to get more buns. 17:53 Like, we're in trouble. We need buns. So Brandon adds it all up. And I'm like, Brandon, what was your total? And he's like $85. This dude profited 15 bucks. 18:02 Speaker 2 Well, the funniest thing was I get all the fucking buns there and I'm like, we got hamburger bun too. And they're like, oh, we're out of hamburgers. I'm like, why does Chuck tell me more? Order more fucking buns and we're out of hamburgers. 18:12 Speaker 1 Rick and Linda and Chris were letting them take them bareback. They were just like, they were like, hey man, we want a hamburger. Like, we ain't got a bun, so we don't care. 18:20 Speaker 2 No, I wish. I wish they would have told me that before I ordered buns. 18:23 Speaker 1 18:23 Speaker 1 I know. So then we had to give those all out. But dude, that was fun. We did end up feeding 390 people. Now people ask, well, why 390, not 400? You had a hundred extra buns. You had enough food for 300, Brandon. We both have stories of this guy. This is one of the greatest homeless folks that we met. 18:40 He was a equal opportunity abuser of the system. So very early in the night, Brandon walks around and he's got a what do you have, 100 shooters? 18:49 Speaker 2 Yeah, something like that. 18:50 Speaker 1 And he's handing out, handing out down this guy. You know, he wanted one, he wanted 2. He's going up to everybody getting them whatever. And next thing you know, they're cooking food. This dude walks up and grabs a tray of 10 hot dogs and Linda's like, Sir, Sir, you know, you can't take those, whatever. 19:06 And he goes, oh, I got they're for my kids, they're for my kids, right? He walks over and just hides them. Doesn't need a single one. Hides them. So then what was it? An hour later, events winding down a little bit, and he walks over and they have a big platter of brownies left. 19:24 And he's like, hey, can I have all those brownies? And they're like, why do you know it's brownies? I got kids, man. I got kids. So he takes a whole platter of brownies. That wasn't bad enough. Brandon takes a case of Bud Light out there and opens it up and goes, hey, you guys can grab one if you want, you know? 19:41 Homeless guy walks up, grabs one, the other homeless guy walks up, grabs one another homeless guy walks up, grabs one. This dude walks up, grabs the entire gate. 19:48 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, Apparently his mom and brother died the day before and he needed eight grand to bury him. I'm like, hey, I can't help you, man. I gave you Bud Light and hot dogs and here's a dollar. I hope you get them buried, man. Where are they at? Under the bridge over there. What are you talking about? I'm so confused. But no, dude, the funniest was he was he got pretty hammered. 20:06 One dude was passed out of the chair, I remember that. 20:09 Speaker 1 I was and. 20:10 Speaker 2 But I think he he was part of that drug deal that went on and he was smoking something. So I don't know if that was all us, but I know that dude. He was like standing like to the side next to the TV watching it. He was very animated. And The funny thing he's had like 5 hot dogs fully dressed in like a pan. And the funniest was all these other homeless guys would come up and like look, look at them and go to grab one. 20:28 He's like, not those are mine, those are mine. 20:28 He's like, not those are mine, those are mine. Get away. He's just fending off on his own homeless guys for to make sure they weren't taking them. But he was kind of smart. He did wait till the end after we were cleaning up and he got all the leftovers and he did, I guess he did help put some chairs up and fold some tables and whatnot. 20:43 Speaker 1 Yeah, Mark said that when Mark drove out of that parking lot, he was the last one to drive away and the dude was dragging 2 huge trash bags down the street and Mark's like I think he's going to put him in a dumpster. I was like dude, that dude is as soon as you turn the corner, he was like deuces and just walked away. 21:00 Like those bags are laying in the middle of Peachtree Street right now. 21:03 Speaker 2 Yeah, I know. Like the next time we do that, we definitely need, probably should figure out how we're getting rid of the trash. The truck's like, oh, Tara said he can put in your truck and then put it in her car and she's taking it to her apartment. I'm like, First off, I'm not putting all this fucking trash in my truck. Second off, why don't we just take it over to the dumpster over there? 21:18 Or third, Mark has a trailer. Let's put it on that or 4th almost guy can just track it down the road and I'm like fucking that'll work. He's the last one to touch it. So you know it's his problem anyway. They'll they'll arrest him for trash or literally they'll arrest him. 21:33 News Crews Ignore Our Homeless Super Bowl Party Well, before we bash the city of Atlanta and before we bash the media, I got to say one thing. Jose, our guy Jose at Epon Superstore in Stockbridge, he volunteered and he was a wonderful volunteer. At some point, Jose self appointed himself as the condiment. 21:51 Please. He was a dude. He was, he was so on top of it. 21:51 Please. He was a dude. He was, he was so on top of it. And, and so Jose is out there and he's watching, dude. He's just watching. He's watching. And he looks away and all of a sudden the ketchup's gone. The whole ketchup bottle just disappears. 22:08 And instead of Jose trying to, I guess, resolve the situation peacefully, he looks at me and he goes ketchup stealer, ketchup stealer, ketchup stealer, right? And so now I'm on high alert and we're looking around, right? We're looking around and this little kid comes walking up with the bottle of ketchup and Jose's like, oh, that's nice. 22:27 Thank you very much. Thank you very much, Art. Have a good day. Like, I'm like, Dang, dude. Like Jose was about ready to tackle somebody for that ketchup. He was so worried somebody was going to steal the. 22:35 Speaker 2 Condom. Well, that and the only other thing we had nailed down, which was odd was, and I think it was Mike and Mark that decided to come up with this genius plan was to tie the fucking generator to my bumper with electrical wire. Like, I don't know what the I think if the generator gets stolen, we're going to know pretty quickly because the internet's going to go down. 22:54 So is the TVI just thought that was the funniest. That was the only thing they decided to tie down was a generator. That was the only thing that was directly in plain sight and that was running the whole operation. I was like, I don't think that's going to disappear without us knowing it, guys, but whatever. 23:07 Speaker 1 Now did you you know Sarah was over there? So Sarah was set up with all the clothes right next to the generator. 23:13 Speaker 2 On the other side of it, she was in front of my truck. 23:16 Speaker 1 Yeah, that's where the generator was tied up. Oh. 23:17 Speaker 2 The generator was on the bed on the bumper. 23:19 Speaker 1 Oh my bad. Mine. Mine was up there. Mine was up there by her and then they moved it behind the stage. Yours. 23:25 Speaker 2 Was always behind the stage. How drunk were you? 23:27 Speaker 1 It was I wasn't, you idiot. It was right next to her because we were going to power the lights over there and then they moved it, but they were going to tie mine to the front of your bumper on that little circle thing you have, I guess the, yeah, the tow hook. And I was like, I don't think it really matters because if somebody steals it, the lights will go out like we'll know pretty quick. 23:45 And she's like, Chuck, they will steal anything not bolted down. And I was like, I don't really believe that. And then I watched. So the clothing situation we must have had, I mean, dude, it was unbelievable. The amount of clothes and blankets we had could have definitely fitted a small army. 24:02 I mean, we had crazy amounts. Chris Eppling alone brought insane amounts of everything. So I'm watching this and Sarah's like yelling at these people and she's like, stop being greedy. Stop being greedy, stop. Because they would just come up dude, and grab bags of clothes and try to walk away with it. 24:21 So she was doing a very good job of controlling the the situation. Well, eventually this little guy comes up to me and I say little because, well, he walks up to me and goes, hey man, I ain't got no long sleeves. I ain't got no sweatshirt and I ain't got no jacket. 24:36 Can I get yours? And I was like, can I get your? And I got my Daily Dose shirt on. I'm like, bro, I just spent 50 bucks for this thing. There's no way you're getting this. Like it's not even possible. So I'm like, you know what, let me see what I can work out for you. So I go over to Sarah. I was like, what do you got for this guy? He's like 5-2, you know, 110 lbs. 24:53 And she goes, I got this girl's jacket. It's like ladies trench coat, right? And it's like bright pink, right? And. And so he comes over and I say, hey, man, we got this jacket, but it's a woman's. And he's like, yeah, I'm cold, man, but I ain't that cold yet. 25:09 What else you got? And she goes, well, I have this youth flannel. And he's like, oh, yeah, yeah, I can wear that. This dude puts on this flannel shirt, Brandon. The cuffs were like at his elbows. He could not button it. And he goes. 25:24 It's like a glove. It's like what? 25:29 Speaker 2 I like how you'd rather freeze it out there than be a crossdresser. I got a plot for that. 25:34 Speaker 1 He's like, man, I ain't it ain't that cold. It ain't that cold yet. I don't need that. But that was that was the, the clothing went well. Sarah, man, she came through. That was amazing. Tim Bernadette's the best halftime show I've seen so far. Did a little bit of, you know, what's his name, Jimi Hendrix, did some Joe Walsh. 25:53 It was actually, it was really, really well done. Of course, Brandon, as you stated, we had the the young lady that did. My heart will go on. There was a couple rough spots, but for the most part she fought through it. And Mark was on the van doing the Titanic pose for probably 3 solid minutes. 26:09 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, he was up there and his he was. Somehow it got mentioned that someone was going to hold him, let him lean forward. I'm like, yeah, I already see how this is going. You're going to damn, someone's going to slip and you're going to crush all the fucking Tim Shitty's got set up up there, all the speakers and boards and laptops, and then we're going to have a broken fucking neck and $3000 lost worth of equipment. 26:28 I was like, probably shouldn't do that. 26:30 Speaker 1 There was a lot of, if we had workman's compensation insurance, we would have definitely had a claim last night. Like everybody that volunteered went through something. I know that whoever's idea it was to set the tent up really, really low right over all the grills was probably the worst decision I've ever seen. 26:49 Chris, I went over it because I told Chris I said, hey man, at half time I'm relieving you. And he's like, why? He had white gunk, gunk, whatever, like in his eye, guys, they were completely swollen almost shut. He's got like he's crying like down his face. 27:05 His glasses are all fogged up and he's like, no, I'm good. I said, dude, you're going to lose your vision. Like it was so bad. He's like, I'm I'm used to it, man. I'm used. I'm like, how can you even cook right now? Because it was just. 27:17 Speaker 2 A grease. Oh my God. 27:19 Speaker 1 Smoke and everything like that. So but no, man, they, they all battled through it. I think Michael Germany was the only one that he sat. I, I noticed he sat a lot and he smoked a lot. So we're going to talk to him about that. Like, you know, you got to, you can't sit there and be a volunteer baby. But he he did, I found. 27:33 Speaker 2 The most ironic thing too, is we were sitting there, we're about to set up and Chuck's hollers over to me. He's like, hey, you going to get on in these squares? This game of squares? I'm like, no, I don't understand how it fucking works. And ironically, apparently no one else did either because half the people I saw on social media didn't even get put on it. 27:49 But Michael Jeremy's like, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'll refund it. But I just found that iron. I was like, no one understands how no, this works, I'm not putting money on it. So and then I don't even know who I think Chuck won somehow. I think money laundering or. 27:59 Speaker 1 Something, no, the Lord works in mysterious ways. I told Michael Germany because I had like 3 and two and there's been, or no three or two and nine or something weird like that. And, and I ended up winning and I won like $250. And now mind you, I was out of pocket at this point, like 300 and I told Germany which when he when he called me yesterday and he's like, hey, man, like I'm going to send you send you the money. 28:21 He sent me the money and I go, Oh my God, it was almost exactly what I was out of pocket for this thing. Oh my dude, how freaking cool is that? Like it just all worked out where nobody had to come out of pocket. We all gave to a great cause and we we definitely blasted the city of Atlanta a lot last night just for their just not wanting to really be a part of this at all. 28:42 And then Brandon, the news media comes out. So you want to pick up there and explain how these interviews went? 28:48 Speaker 2 Oh, yeah, We had A&F show up there first, and it was Howard, I think his name was a black guy showing up. It was cool, cool guy. And he interviewed us. We talked to him, got all the plugs in and everything and made a few jokes about how the hot dogs and how the buns, we're going to have more buns. 29:05 So if you want double buns on your dog and then have that and something else. And that one went well. And I was like, OK, that's cool. And then we had a WSB come out there, did the kind of the same thing. I was standing there with Crazy Mark. 29:17 Speaker 1 Now now can you explain that part? Because that this is the part that blows my mind, but go ahead and explain it. 29:23 Speaker 2 Well, I'm standing there with Crazy Mark and we're supposed to be talking about the show and I'm just standing there looking at Mark just like do not say yeah, but. 29:29 Speaker 1 But why? Why were you standing there with crazy Mark? So I I think it's funny that the show is the daily dose show of Brandon and Chuck. And immediately when Atlanta news first comes out, Mark goes, I need to be the one that's interview. I need to be the one that's interviewed. 29:46 And I was like, you know, dude, let me let me take this one and you know, you can take the next one, I guess, because I'm thinking there's no way another media outlets going to show up. There's just no way. So we'll knock this one out. We'll get the plug. We're good. WSB shows up and I'm like, oh God, here we go, you know? 30:05 And then Mark's like. 30:05 Speaker 2 Yes, yes, I'm getting. 30:07 Speaker 1 Interviewed. 30:08 Speaker 2 Oh my God, you know. 30:09 Speaker 1 And I'm like, I'm like, and I'm thinking to myself, like, how dumb are we? I mean, that it it's like me going to, you know, hey, we're going to be interviewed for the show. Let me call Nate and Southside Steve and see if they can do the the interview for us because, you know, people really want to hear from the people that aren't on the show, but whatever. 30:30 I I just was like, dude, this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life. But at that point I just gave up. Like I was like, I was like, why are we even like the media? This we're sacrificing WSB. We're going to put mark on this one and hopefully nobody watches. But anyway, you guys do the interview and you apparently, allegedly what I heard you did very good. 30:49 Speaker 2 Yeah, I mean, yeah, I'm good, good, good with the medium, great with them. But yeah, then then he stayed around for a while. I mean, they do stay for like 30 minutes. Just film the halftime show and film with the people and interviewed Othello. And then he interviewed Chris Eppling, I think, and kind of got a got got a bunch of different footage and they were all waiting for it on the news stations later that night. 31:08 And they didn't fucking air it. Those little bastards, those pieces of shit. You know what they did air someone stealing manhole cover. Someone stole 150 in the past two months. So I guess we got a caused some crime and then we had about 10 people shot that night in different areas and they don't know who it was. I'm like, that's Atlanta news every night. 31:25 Apartment building on fire, someone shot and killed and someone running from the police like it's all the same shit. So apparently they didn't give a shit about the homeless people. The producers up there, WSB and A&F along with the city of Atlanta, they don't give a fuck. So fuck those faggots bitches. 31:40 Announcing The Daily Dose Show's New Billboard Queer OK. 31:42 Speaker 1 OK, Jesus, I'm. 31:45 Speaker 2 31:45 Speaker 2 About to keep going. 31:46 Speaker 1 I, I, I think, I just think it's entertaining how we can sit back and we can see this and we can see it for what it's worth. And you know, the city of Atlanta, I kind of expect that. I think, I think them not caring about the homeless population, not want to be a part of this. That's fine. Like, I, I totally understand you don't care about these people. 32:03 We were in one little spot in Atlanta and we had 400 people that needed our help. And we did that. And when the media shows up and they're doing these interviews, they're talking to everybody and they say, we're not going to tell people about this. 32:20 We're not going to tell people about these 400 people that are homeless that are being fed on a Super Bowl Sunday when nobody else cares about them. And oh, why? Because, oh, the Daily Doe Show's doing it. And, you know, Brandon says things we don't like, because I guarantee you, I mean, I, I, I definitely did my research after that. 32:36 And I was like, just out of curiosity, if I Google homeless Super Bowl party in Atlanta, Daily Dose show, what comes up? Because if I'm a producer with Atlanta News First or WSB, that's what I'm doing as soon as I Google it. 32:52 I would like to thank the one and only Michael Germany for being the one that caused us to not have any of this aired. Because the first thing that comes up on Google, if you send that in or put that in, is look at you, you homeless POS and you click on it and it's Michael Germany's meme of a snail talking to a slug. 33:13 And I said that's it. They Googled. They Googled exactly what we did. And that's what came up for the Daily Dose Show. So I just want to say thank you, Michael Germany. And you owe us a third interview with an outlet for your meme. 33:29 And next time, don't make it about homeless. OK? I know it was snails and slugs, but nobody knows that. And so that's what got us canned. But we're we, we got a plan, Brandon. 33:38 Speaker 2 Right. You know, they're, they're pussy bitches anyway, so don't, if you're listening to this, don't even fucking bother coming out again. And it just don't fucking do it. You know what, with that being said, you know, fuck you guys. We'll do our own advertising. We're going to goddamn billboard. Look at that shit. That's how we're wasting it. Yeah, Fuck WSB. Fuck the media in Atlanta. 33:53 Fuck the city of Atlanta. Fuck APD, Fuck them all because we're putting our own billboard up there in your fucking city and you're going to have to look at us every fucking day while you cry out your fucking vaginas, you little bitches. 34:04 Speaker 1 You know, you know what we definitely need to have added to that. 34:07 Speaker 2 Fuck WSB. Yeah. 34:10 Speaker 1 I don't we're not going to say that, but we should definitely have on there, you know, WSB and Atlanta first news or Atlanta First, whatever it's called, News first sucks. Just like something like that on there. That's you. That's that people will look at and be like what the heck, like what? 34:27 Why would they? But but dude, if we put that on there, they might cover it, you know what I mean? Like screw you, screw you, WSB, you know, something like that. 34:36 Speaker 2 Oh yeah? Well, fuck these guys, actually. So, and then maybe we'll go back and forth, but no, we are, yeah, we, I, I talked about a billboard forever ago. And then Chuck today calls me and is like, hey, you know, what about a billboard? I'm like, yes, that'd be a great idea. Let's do that. So Verified Home Services is going to be putting the Billboard up for two months. 34:53 And this is what it's going to look like for the most part. I mean, there might be a little, a few revisions, but this is pretty close to what it's going to be. So we got Verified Home Services presents the Daily Dose Show, Atlanta's number one comedy podcast. It's got us, me and Chuck on the right side. We got our logo and the name. They're kind of in the middle, bottom right. 35:09 We've got call verify at home services the the number is all eights so it's easy to remember 888888888. 35:17 Speaker 1 No it's not. Shut up. This is the mock up. Brandon's so stupid. 35:21 Speaker 2 I thought it was a great number to call, I mean. 35:24 Speaker 1 I, I sent it to Brandon, He goes, that's a lot of eights, so you could easily remember. 35:28 Speaker 2 35:28 Speaker 2 I'm like what? Remember. 35:30 Speaker 1 Like no, that's the mock up because because verified home service is definitely going to have to change the number specifically for this billboard. That way they can see how many calls are coming from the Billboard. Hopefully a lot. Because you losers that listen to this show have only gotten like 6 estimates in the last like 6 months and you're making this argument really, really hard for me every time I call verified home services. 35:53 And I'm like, hey, it'd be really cool if you gave us $10,000 for a billboard. And they're like, Oh yeah, that's cool, we've made $250. 36:01 Speaker 2 Off We promised a return of $75, but listen to that. Listen daily dailydoseshow.com on the bottom left so people can go there or they'll just look up daily no show and they'll figure it out. But I mean they you know that radio used to do that, but I don't really see they don't really do that anymore. 36:18 And I mean you definitely don't see podcasts up there. It really you'll see people doing like if they're coming into a concert or something like that, if there's an event happening in Atlanta, they'll they'll buy one. I know price picks has theirs right there in downtown as you pass the varsity. 36:33 But I think ours is going to be on north side somewhere and we're going to have it for two months. But if you guys just wanted up longer, which we kind of wanted up longer, make sure you call that number on the fucking billboard instead, all right, losers. 36:45 Speaker 1 Losers. 36:45 Funding the Billboard and Encouraging Listener Support Yours are killing us, man. Like, I mean, can't even like, I do you know how awkward of a conversation that was. Brandon. I I can't even like when when when I'm talking to verified home services and they go, OK, yeah, we we, we think billboards are cool, but why wouldn't we just get a billboard for us? 37:04 I'm like, well, because you know. 37:07 Speaker 2 If you I'll tell you why. 37:09 Speaker 1 OK, explain it, because that was exactly what I said in a Mexican restaurant today going well, I mean well. 37:15 Speaker 2 If, if you do it, you're if verified home services were to just put up their own billboard up there, right? They're paying the 2500 a month for the Billboard. So that's going up right there and they just have their name up there and people see it and that's it. Now, if they, if they put the Billboard up there with us, then they see them on the Billboard. 37:32 And then also it kicks back to us as well to where we get more listeners and we talk about them on the podcast. Yeah. So then they hear it another time. So not only are they seeing it twice a day, they're now hearing about it at least once or twice a day as well. So it's a little double bang for your buck right there. 37:47 Speaker 1 See, you totally should. You should have took that call. Instead of golfing, you should have took that call. 37:52 Speaker 2 You didn't even tell me. I didn't even golf today, so you could have called me. 37:54 Speaker 1 I, no, I, I, I told him I just said look, I said, you know, because I, I had to bust out. That's why I was asking you about Spotify impressions. And you know, again, guys, we are, we are very, we, we, we, we tell you guys everything. So there's no secrets here. But we, me and Brandon were talking because I said, look, you know, like 2000 daily listeners is about our sweet spot. 38:12 And I said, dude, like I'm trying. 38:12 And I said, dude, like I'm trying. So when I'm talking to verified home services, I'm saying look that's 2000 daily listeners that are hearing it daily, which that's 60,000 people a month that are hearing right 20. 38:27 Speaker 2 1000. 38:28 Speaker 1 That's what I no, it's not. Oh, because we only do freaking. 38:31 Speaker 2 Come on now, quick math quick. 38:33 Speaker 1 Math, I thought we did 30 episodes a month. I see. That was bad math, but they didn't catch it either, which is good. So if you're listening, I'm just kidding. It was 40,000. But but yeah, so 40,000 listens with that being punched and and you guys are going to hear it. I'm I'm sorry. Once the Billboard goes up, you guys are screwed. 38:50 All right. We're not going to have commercials, but we're definitely going to be like, oh, that comment was brought to you by verified home services. You know, that takes all the time. We'll just say it randomly for no reason. 38:59 Speaker 2 Yeah, it'd be like man caught with his balls in a wall, shocked to death. Be like man should have called verified home services to get the wall checked out. You know, very sick of your Dick in a glory hole. Call verified home services. See what's behind that wall before you stick your cock in a razor trap. 39:12 Speaker 1 I mean, everybody that was pissed into the back of Mark's truck was they were getting it on the ground, but if Mark just called verified home services, they'd be able to find somebody to clean it out for him. 39:21 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah. And fucking man, maybe even build us a bathroom out there real quick. You know, like just a little quick stand alone bathroom. 39:28 Speaker 1 We should have called verified home services to have somebody come out there and do that and maybe even bring a dumpster in 'cause I guarantee they have those those junkies. 39:38 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, yeah, that'd been good too. Yeah, that'd been good one. So we'll know for next time. 39:42 Planning Next Year's Homeless Event and Police Interaction We'll know for next time. We do plan on doing a Super Bowl party with the homeless next year, but I'm going to go and put a caveat into that. If the Falcons somehow do make it to the Super Bowl, I don't think I'll be attending. 39:53 Speaker 1 Why? 39:54 Speaker 2 Because I would like to enjoy my time. 39:57 Speaker 1 This is a stupid conversation. OK, Brandon, if the if the Falcons make the Super Bowl, you're not going to be there. They're not making the Super Bowl. You did hear, and I hope this isn't part of your dumb news, What happened to their first draft pick? Second draft #2 Draft pick. 40:11 Speaker 2 No. Who? Oh, it's it's LALA has it? Yeah. 40:14 Speaker 1 No, your guys is the the, the the number 26 in the draft behind Penix. What was his name? The defensive end. 40:22 Speaker 2 Oh, you talking about from Georgia? Yeah. Oh, God damn it. Now, Jalen. No. Fuck on blowing my. Oh, no. You're talking about Pierce. Pierce. Yeah, he'll be all right. He'll get out. What do you mean what do? 40:36 Speaker 1 You mean he's going to get out? He was. He was running from the cop. He like has like 10 felonies. 40:41 Speaker 2 Yeah, he's got to get an attorney, though. He'll be all right. He'll get a drop. 40:43 Speaker 1 But he's got a white female judge. And when the guy, when his attorney goes, ma'am, you know, I mean, my, my client's not exactly a flight risk. He plays through the Atlanta Falcons and she and she goes, I don't care about your client's employer. 40:58 And dude, it was bad. I was like, oh, this dude's done. 41:01 Speaker 2 41:01 Speaker 2 Yeah, they'll get the new judge, hopefully. Yeah, we need him back. So up. 41:03 Speaker 1 Dude, just get that off. Either way, they're not going to the Super Bowl, so Brandon will be there. And caveat, if the Detroit Lions make the Super Bowl, I won't be there. But guess what? Me and Brandon will both be there. So it doesn't matter because that's not happening. 41:17 Speaker 2 It'll be the Lions and the Falcons. I don't even know if that's physically possible I think. 41:20 Speaker 1 They're not. They'd be in the NFC, and I can see it now, right? We're in the NFC Championship game against each other and we're like, oh God, one of us goes to the Super Bowl and the other one goes to a homeless party. 41:30 Speaker 2 But if someone's riding on this game, please. 41:34 Speaker 1 Super Bowl party with Brandon and Crazy Mark's. Like finally nobody can get mad at me when I do all the interviews. 41:44 Speaker 2 Yeah, so, but it was a good time. It was a good time out there. So. But screw the news, don't ever contact us about anything. 41:52 Speaker 1 Else, screw the news. Don't ever watch the news again unless it's. 41:55 Speaker 2 The news, anyway, that's the first thing I watched the news in probably a year was to see if we were on there. I was watching on the way home and nothing happened. So there's a sorry bastards call today and tell them they fucked up. All right? What? What? What should we have done? Shot a homeless guy out there? Then he would have covered it. I mean, what the fuck do you want from us? Really? Come on. 42:09 Speaker 1 Well, we almost, we almost did vandalize when the guy goes, are you guys allowed to be here? It says private property, no trespassing everywhere. Mark's like I can have a screwdriver. I could probably take all those signs down like like that's what we should have did is had him do it that way, we'd have got in trouble and then it covered it. 42:26 Speaker 2 Yeah, I mean, the cops drove there too. It'd been kind of cool the the cops would actually came over and talked to us and then been like, you know, police brutality or something. Then we could have got on the news. 42:34 Speaker 1 Yeah, that was weird. Yeah. We had two cops car, cop cars roll by. And at this point, I did have, I did have an open container. All right. 42:40 Speaker 2 Yeah, and like 6 shooters deep. 42:42 Speaker 1 OK, and so I'm. 42:44 Speaker 2 42:44 Speaker 2 Like. 42:44 Speaker 1 Fireball immediately Brandon runs up to me and he's like, you need to hide right now. You need to hide. And I'm like, what? You know, So I'm like, I'm like hiding behind the van and Brandon's like, I'm going to go talk to him. And Chris Eppling goes, should we be sending the highest guy out here to talk to the cops? 43:00 I don't know. I didn't see it. I didn't see it. I was just like, I don't know. And Mark's like, I should probably go talk to him. I'm like, oh, God, I don't know if that's a good idea. But as Brandon was walking out that way, the cops just kind of like, were like, yeah, whatever, 200, we're good. 43:16 Yeah. 43:17 Analyzing Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime Performance Let's say the Yeah, but so we had, so we had our own halftime show. So we we did have the Bad Bunny one on just on the TV in the background. I didn't see a whole lot. I saw some ass shaking I saw which is cool. You know naked chicks that's about every year now, which is awesome. 43:32 I saw a bunch of people dressed as grass. I've been seeing some clips. Apparently the audio sounded terrible. He God bless everyone in America. And then he added some countries that aren't a part of the USAI guess he's including all like North America, but you know, all those random lower the lower 30 Mexican countries. 43:50 And it was it was odd, but you know, you got some people saying it was great and a lot of people saying it was bad. You got even Mexicans saying, you know, they couldn't even understand it. Like I don't even know what he was saying. 44:02 Speaker 1 Oh, because they don't speak the same Spanish. 44:03 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, he's, but the audio was terrible and he's more of a talker, I guess. But if there was any indication, you know, I would, you say the people in the crowd would be a good indication of America, of how the Super Bowl halftime show went. 44:19 Speaker 1 Explain that question in I don't know somebody has an IQ over 90. 44:25 Speaker 2 OK, well, all the videos coming out from the people in the stands of the Super Bowl, there's probably about 20 people dancing, vibing and grooving to and and knew what the fuck was going on. Is that a good for the rest of America saying that again, I don't think I think the majority of people did not enjoy it and they didn't know what the fuck was going on. 44:41 But for the small minority population, they enjoyed it. They had a good time. I know they showed Rodger Goodell on the field at one point and he was looking at the screen like, what the fuck did I do? But yeah, so I I'm just wondering, do you think that's a good indicator of how the rest of America felt about it? 44:55 Speaker 1 Absolutely. I, I, I sometimes don't say that because I feel like the Super Bowl is not a real make up of America. I mean, if anybody's at that game, they either have money or they have connections or they have, it's a weird, it's a weird population of people. It's not a normal football game. 45:10 It's not a normal game that we would go to. But when I, when I, what I heard, and I'm just going to say this, anybody over the age of 70 hated that halftime show. Every friend that I have on social media or that I'm in contact with that's over the age of 70 was like, it was an abomination, right? 45:29 They don't talk like Mark, but I do when I say things like that. 45:29 They don't talk like Mark, but I do when I say things like that. And then every African American human being that I've talked to hated it. And mostly that was just homeless people that I recently had the opportunity to talk to. I pulled 300 and they all said, that's terrible, man. 45:44 That's terrible, right? So that's a good indication. But I think for the most part, conservatives, a lot of them tuned in to the Turning Point USA alternate halftime, which today, I'll be honest, day after the Super Bowl, I watched the Bad Bunny halftime show and I watched the Turning Point alternate halftime show. 46:06 I watched them both. 46:08 The Alternative Halftime Show with Kid Rock's Performance Yeah, I, I didn't watch either one of them. I think they're both terrible fucking decisions. I. 46:11 Speaker 1 Was Are you serious? 46:14 Speaker 2 Why do you why do I mean, the only reason we did a alternative halftime show is just for entertainment, just for another bit. I mean, if it was like Metallica or someone up there, we probably just would have watched that. But what I'm saying is I think it was kind of odd that TPUSA did their own halftime shows. Like, it's a little odd. I mean, I understand. 46:29 I mean, if you want to have a concert there at the same time as a halftime shirt, whatever. The Bad Bunny, I mean, like I said, you couldn't understand him. I don't know if it was supposed to bring people together more or push them away apart, but I, I do know the, the commercial right after the halftime show ended was a pro ice commercial, which was ironic. 46:46 I guess he was trying to give 5050 like, all right, we'll let the we'll let the Mexican man sing and then we'll let we'll let ice talk. 46:52 Speaker 1 About Puerto Puerto Rican man. 46:54 Speaker 2 OK, Lower Mexican. 46:54 Speaker 2 OK, Lower Mexican. Sorry, Island. Mexican Island. 46:58 Speaker 1 Mexican No, I I will say like I watched, I watched all of it. Here's the thing with Bad Bunny. And, and I don't, I have no hatred, whatever. It is what it is. It's 2026. It was not a good halftime show only because I am a avid, I'm an avid football watcher and I could not understand what was going on. 47:20 So I don't care about Bad Bunny. I don't care about his politics. I don't care about his music. I just want to be able to understand what's being said. And that was the only knock I have on it. I think we've seen a lot of really bad Super Bowls, right? Super Bowl halftime shows. But if I can't understand it, I can't tell you. So I just say it is what it is. 47:36 It was a waste of space. It is what it is. The turning point. USA One, I will say this, Brantley Gilbert sucks. OK, Like, like he, he is really, really bad. And the only claim to fame I have with him is one of my buddies that I'm very, very close with. We were at his house one day and his wife was like, Hey, I, I banged the celebrity one time and I was like, really, who'd you bang? 47:57 And she's like Brantley Gilbert. I'm like, wow, that's cool. 47:57 And she's like Brantley Gilbert. I'm like, wow, that's cool. And her husband's like, Yep, she banged Brantley Gilbert. And I'm like, that's a weird conversation we just had. And that was pretty much how long it lasted. It was just like, she just wanted to tell people she banged him. He sucked and then beat Lee Brice. Is that his name? I think Lee Brice was Lee Brice was the second one. 48:17 I mean, take it or leave it. And then the girl, I don't know, she sucked. But I will say the Kid Rock 2 songs that he did, he did ball with the ball, which I thought was very interesting because they said ladies and gentlemen, there was 4 black guys and they got up and they go, ladies and gentlemen, our friend Kid Rock. 48:35 And he comes out and he's like ball with the ball, right? He does his thing, he's dancing around, he's being old school Kid Rock. And then all of a sudden it cuts to two of the most amazing classical musicians I've ever seen playing violin and cello. And they do this beautiful 2 minute like classical music rendition. 48:52 And then these 4 black guys get back up and they go, ladies and gentlemen, our friend Robert Ritchie. And then and then Kid Rock comes back out and he sings Till You Can't, which is a Cody Jones, Cody Johnson song, but he rewrote the lyrics to be essentially religious and spiritual. 49:15 And dude, I don't care who you are, what you're doing, if you can Google Kid Rock till you can't and you get through that whole song without tearing up, you are a psychopath. Because it was awesome. 49:31 And and I'm, and again, you know, I, I've always been a Kid Rock fan. I don't really like his politics. I think he goes a little bit too far right with his conservative crap. And he's like, oh, Trump this, Trump that. But, dude, the way he did it after, after I had just spent an entire night being told I'm a Deacon and I have a spiritual aura around me and God loves me. 49:49 And I was like, dude, that's crazy. And then after I got John over there making me pray for him to save his soul and we're trying to get him saved. And I'm over here with Brandon and Mark, like God, we the disciples, like, is this what's going on? Is this how it went, you know, because, you know, the disciples were like thieves and and, and sinners, right? Do you know that? 50:05 Yeah. Yeah. So all this is going down. And then all of a sudden, I'm listening to this today and I'm like, yeah, God's trying to tell me something. So if you guys do it, please, I'm going to put it up before I go back dark on social media, which is going to happen probably tomorrow. I'm going to put it back up. I'm going to post it. 50:21 You guys have got to watch this because it was a great performance. 50:24 Speaker 2 I think there was 12 of us total there too that were the damn with all of us and Tim, right were there 12 of us total. 50:30 Speaker 1 Oh, dude, if that's if that's real, that's hold on, Mike, Sarah. 50:34 Speaker 2 Oh, I. 50:35 Speaker 1 Forgot Mike and Sarah. Jose, Chris, Linda. Husband, Germany. Wife Duchesne, Wife. Yeah, 12 of us you. 50:47 Speaker 2 Didn't say Tim, did you? He don't count he. 50:50 Speaker 1 Was a He was a performer. He didn't stay the whole time. He didn't stay the whole time. Not a disciple did. 50:55 Speaker 2 But with the. 50:56 Speaker 1 Audio and crazy. Mark's not a disciple. He freaking doesn't even know that you're not. He doesn't know how to save somebody. 51:02 Speaker 2 He's like, do whatever you want, you're fine now, you're cool. 51:04 Speaker 1 And that guy's got a bag of porn. If you want any, you're saved. 51:09 Winning Big on Super Bowl Bets and New Sponsorship On the the Kid Rock halftime show was was the audio quality good? 51:13 Speaker 1 Oh, it's great. See. That's the. 51:14 Speaker 2 Problem with the Super Bowl is every fucking year the audio, whether you're in Spanish or fucking English, it's fucking terrible. You can't understand what they're saying. Even if I knew Spanish, I don't think I know what the fuck he's saying. Kendra Lamar last year was the audio was terrible. You can barely understand what he's saying. This year, like I said, I heard some clips from it. 51:32 The audio is terrible. Why is it that when Netflix did their fucking shit on Christmas Day and they had Laney Wilson and whatever her name was and a few other people Snoop? 51:42 Speaker 1 Dogg. 51:43 Speaker 2 Sounded fucking great, the audio quality was fantastic. I don't know how the Super bowl still has their shitty fucking cameras that are like 30 frames a second and they still have audio from like 1995 but what the fuck are we doing? How do you not have money to figure out how to make this sound good? Like it makes no sense to me. 51:59 Speaker 1 It's terrible. It was terrible. Now the other thing, since you're, you're talking about the Super Bowl and what halftime and all that, I got to point this out because this is actually really funny. So a good friend of mine who has a lot of money had reached out to me and he said, Hey, what do you think about Charlie Puth doing the national anthem? Is he going to go over and under or whatever? 52:14 And, and I totally didn't understand any of his questions. So I, I jokingly told him what I thought the over under was going to be. But I said it in a way where I was like, oh, dude, it's going to be 100%. It's going to be this. And I don't know if he just thought I knew or whatever. So he put $2000 on this and he's, but I guess he what he told me, he said, hey, if I do this, do you want me to put up, you know, money on it for you And Brandon? 52:39 I said, if you know an answer to one of these, put $200 on it. I didn't know. He was saying, I know like he thought I knew the answer, but I was saying, hey, if you know for sure it's going to be over, put 200 on it for me. And he said, what about Brandon? I'm like, yeah, put 200 for Brandon too. 52:56 So me and Brandon find out today, we won and we didn't, we didn't even put money in it. And he's like, he's like, hey, I got to, I got to meet up with you and Brandon to give you your $400.00 a piece. And we're like, what? Like we didn't even know we did it. 53:10 Speaker 2 Chuck meant to me he's like your bet hit. I'm like my bet. What? Cuz we had talked about it on the show or something about Charlie Puth singing over 90 seconds. Oh yeah, he's definitely gonna go over. He's a very long singer and whatnot. The way he sings, I'm like yeah, for sure over. And that was the last I heard about it. I was like, I guess we're not betting anything. 53:25 So and then Chuck's like, yeah, your bet hit the Naoma. I didn't think I bet anything. What are you talking about? He's like, we just got $400.00. I'm like, cool, I didn't even put any money up. 53:33 Speaker 1 Cool and the best part? And Brandon thinks we't get investigated by the FCC cuz we talk about this on the show. Well, allegedly A listener that listens to the show heard us talking about this at some, I don't know, I don't know how they whatever, they bet a lot of money on that because we talked about it and they hit, they hit big. 53:52 So they called. So they, that's how they reached out to verified home services and they said, hey, tell Chuck and Brandon, we want to have a sit down with them to possibly bring them out as a sponsor because they just made us a lot of money. And I'm sitting here and I'm like, I don't even like, like, we don't know anything. 54:08 Like if we talked about it, we're just like, Brandon's over here. Like, yeah, Charlie Puth, he sings a lot. He's small. Yeah. People are like, I'm putting 10 grand on that. 54:16 Speaker 2 I might say I did know Charlie Puth would go. I had a very high hope that he would because just the way he sings and performs and stuff like that, I've, you know, I've watched his videos for probably a decade. But no, But no, That's crazy. Yeah. Fucking this is not gambling advice. Do not take our advice for if you lose your fucking house. 54:33 It's not my fault, OK? I don't know what you're doing over here taking our advice. 54:37 Speaker 1 That, that same, that same guy's like he's on he's on his sports book right now and he's going Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions NFC championship, you know, lately. 54:46 Speaker 2 Yeah, it's, it's crazy, but no, it's yeah, we'll have the FTC and the SEC over here shortly. 54:51 Unpacking Bad Bunny's Political Ties and Puerto Rico's Reality Probably be like, all right, let's review all their information. All right, we already have up to episode 163 when he was going to blow up the fucking city. All right, so you want to listen to all those? 55:03 Speaker 1 Sure, I guess now, now they hate the media. Now they're going after the media. These guys are trouble. These guys are trouble. Yeah. So it's. 55:12 Speaker 2 It was a crazy time, crazy time, but a lot of the people so you know, yeah, Bad Bunny doing all this stuff and so people start digging into him and what not. The the owner of Bad Bunny Company, the one that got him started and pretty much fast tracked him to become a superstar, was a former defense minister and he was also a close person, I guess is what you call it. 55:33 Chavez, Hugo Chavez. So people are like, you're so. 55:37 Speaker 1 Stupid. 55:39 Speaker 2 It is. You want me to look it up? 55:40 Speaker 1 He's no, no, you just, you said yeah, he was also a a close person is what I think you call it. Like what? It's not a term, dude. It's not a term. It's just he was close to Hugo Chavez, what you're saying? 55:55 Speaker 2 He was the Let's see here. 55:59 Speaker 1 Not. Don't try to search it up dude. 56:01 Speaker 2 No, it's it's he was a former Venezuelan military officer and former vice minister for Hugo Chavez. So. 56:06 Speaker 1 So he was close to Hugo Chavez. 56:08 Speaker 2 He was his vice minister, yes. So the people are like, oh, so you got a, he got a socialist that's backing this guy in an American territory. That's where people were like, yeah, it's a little weird. He's a which I mean, I can believe he's a plant. I mean, that would make sense. I don't see why not to try to have this uprising of Latin America try to take on the US or something, which is a terrible idea, not try that Mexico and the other 36 Mexico's, lower Mexico's and island Mexico's. 56:31 I would not try that. You know, and I, yes, I know Puerto Rico's a territory, but they're not really a state, you know, they're just, you know, they're just there. 56:38 Speaker 1 They're bad too. It's bad over there. 56:40 Speaker 2 Yeah, I must say, if, if Puerto Ricans could travel freely from here to the USI would consider them more of a state. But they can't do that because they don't have any money or way to travel. And they probably sell their passports for like $10. 56:51 Speaker 1 Sounds like we're doing a Super Bowl party in Puerto Rico next year. 56:54 Speaker 2 Oh hell no, I'll hang myself first. 56:57 Speaker 1 We'll die. We we don't have enough firepower for that. 56:59 Speaker 2 Yeah, no, I I would not want to be down there. I mean, I've, I've heard the first hand accounts of Def August and Wood Shed Ted going down there and it just sounded like surviving. Not even vacation, just surviving. It's like what you do here, but it's just worse, you know. Yeah, we had to walk everywhere on bridges and a bunch of sketchy stuff and people always looking at us and you can't film anywhere. 57:19 I'm like, that doesn't sound too fun. Doesn't sound too fun. But I guess if you want to have a good experience, you got to go say like an all inclusive where you got like proper Puerto Ricans running the joint. 57:28 Speaker 1 Yeah, I'm, I'm not going back to Puerto Rico. I'm good. 57:31 Speaker 2 Oh, you've been there. 57:32 Speaker 1 Yeah. Do they school all the time? I. 57:33 Speaker 2 Haven't talked about that. 57:34 Speaker 1 Yeah, we're getting agua dia. It's it's dude. I mean, yeah, it's not good. And even in the touristy areas it's not good. Actually I will say 1000% without doubt the Super Bowl party me and Brandon put on Sunday for the Super Bowl. Downtown Atlanta for 400 homeless. 57:49 Way safer. It's way safer than any beach in Puerto Rico, 100%. 57:53 Speaker 2 So, oh, I say so yeah, 'cause I mean, they got nothing out down there to do except for like, kill each other and rape tourists, you know, like, why not? 57:59 Speaker 1 I don't. I don't think they're raping. 58:01 Speaker 2 Tourists. 58:02 Speaker 1 No, I don't think they're raping tourists, but they're definitely taking everything you have and maybe putting your wife in human trafficking. You know what I mean? Like it's. 58:10 Speaker 2 They're gonna rape the first though. 58:11 Speaker 1 I don't think they're, well, it depends on their. 58:13 Speaker 2 Life, you gotta test the product. 58:14 Speaker 1 You know, Oh my God. 58:16 Speaker 2 I mean, do they do it with drugs? Why wouldn't they do it with women, you know? Yeah, yeah. Send the low band in, be like make sure there's no kind of trap in there or anything because, you know, they got those anti rape devices that they have in England because they got a bunch of Muslims are raping them and stuff. So they've got these things they put in their vagina and so and then you put your Wiener in and then it it's like a bear trap snaps on. 58:34 Speaker 1 Your that's not even. That's not even real. 58:36 Speaker 2 Yeah, they had those. They had those. It's like a anti rape Iuds or something. 58:40 Speaker 1 That's not true, dude. Oh my. 58:42 Speaker 2 God, let me look it up. 58:43 Speaker 1 There's no such thing as a bear trap that you can put in a woman's body part to freaking cut off a wee wee. 58:50 Speaker 2 Well, OK, you're correct. It's more like the, it's more like the saw trap where you stick your hand up and you can't pull it back down. It's got the blades on it, so that's what it is, but it grabs onto the Wiener and then you pull it out and then the guy's. Ah, it gives you time to get away, you know? 59:03 Speaker 1 What does he do? 59:05 Speaker 2 You know, it's a part a weekend man screaming and then they had to go to the doctor to get it removed. But then they know they were they raped somebody and then they put him in jail or something. But they probably send the low man on the totem pole into these women to make sure there's. 59:16 Speaker 1 Brandon need you to test these Ted out and you're like, oh man, this sucks. 59:21 Speaker 2 I got 10 good ones in a row. Oh, Dick chopped for me. So oh, oh. Is there anything else you want to add there? 59:29 Creative Ideas for Next Year's Homeless Event and Show Wrap-up We're coming up to the end of the show there. 59:31 Speaker 1 Charlie Yeah, man, I'm going to, I'm just going to say again, Tara, we can't do it without you. That was great. My favorite, my favorite quote from Tara last night is she called me on my drive down and I was 9 minutes late and she said, hey, I took Marta. You told me I was going to get murdered. You were wrong. 59:46 And I was like, OK, and I'm in traffic, dude. And I'm like, OK, what are we having this conversation? And then she goes and I met a really nice man on Marta and we had a really good conversation. And I said, did you sleep with him? She's like, Oh my God, Chuck, why would you even say that? I was like, I don't, I have sex in the story. I don't want to hear it. I hung up on her. 1:00:02 That's pretty awesome. So I. 1:00:04 Speaker 2 I don't understand that either. 1:00:04 Speaker 2 I don't understand that either. I, I took her back to the martyr station where her car was at and it was only 7-7 minutes away from where we were. People like, why did you go through the hassle of parking your car at this martyr station? Hop on a martyr station or martyr train, come over here and then I'm taking you back to your like, you can't just drove 7 more minutes. 1:00:21 I was so. 1:00:22 Speaker 1 Confused. She just wanted to be tough. She just wanted to put herself at risk. It drives me crazy. Women do that. I was like, I was like, Tara, I'll pick you up. Like let me pick you up like you're going to get murdered. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I ride murder all the time. It's totally safe. 1:00:37 Says no one ever. So no, it's not OK. And she just got lucky. So we need to start figuring out a way. I know we don't have a lot of money to pay her. We at least need to get her like AI don't know a bus ticket or something. 1:00:51 Speaker 2 I don't I don't know why she didn't. She didn't want to drive the I mean, I understand when she goes to the games, the Atlanta United games, the park is a fucking nightmare. But I've never rode rode Marta. I was like, yeah, that's. 1:01:00 Speaker 1 1:01:00 Speaker 1 Terrible. 1:01:00 Speaker 2 I don't think so man. Maybe you'll ride it again when they put a stop in right there next to your apartment. 1:01:07 Speaker 1 Or right next to my house. Yeah, it'll be right here at the freaking elementary school. 1:01:10 Speaker 2 Othello, but I'm. 1:01:11 Speaker 1 Here, come out of it now how? 1:01:14 Speaker 2 Come go house, you got my 5 kids with me. 1:01:18 Speaker 1 You got those Vienna sausages? I'm like, oh gosh. Oh yeah. 1:01:21 Speaker 2 That's what the homeless people wanted. They wanted a bunch of canned food for next time, Just a bunch of sausages and tuna and shit. 1:01:26 Speaker 1 Yeah, they, they said anything you can open without a spoon that doesn't have to have a stove top. So we all settled on what they call Vena sausages. And I want no Vena sausages. So, so we're going to get, I don't know, I guess 800 Vienna sausage cans and we're going to put together a little, a little kit form a little little home, a little home kit and then they can take it with them and eat at their pleasure. 1:01:51 Speaker 2 Yeah, You know, I was thinking about doing for the next one. We do like a like a Special Olympics, but homeless and then just we have like money for them and stuff. You know, we're still still getting food because they always, they still ask for money when we're out there doing all that. They still ask for money. So I figured it'd be a fun way for them to win money. 1:02:06 You know, like the the table where they put the ball, put the the round things on, it's got sand on it and you slide it to the end. Is that shuffleboard? Yeah, shuffleboard. Yeah. Do that with like Vienna sausage cans and then that. I was thinking about getting one of those blow UPS, slide relay races or the races where you're going to run through them. 1:02:23 That'd be entertaining. And then like, I don't know, like pick up sticks or something or. 1:02:29 Speaker 1 The porn guys just hiding in the in the in the blow up, he's just hiding in there and every time somebody runs through, he's like he's showing. 1:02:39 Speaker 2 Oh man, that's funny. All right, well, we appreciate you listening if you are you're on iHeartRadio, have podcast or Spotify. Be sure to lose a five star view and a follow up helps out. It really does.
